The house, equipped and renovated in a contemporary style, is set in a large 2,500 m enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, except on the lake side. The garden ends in a private beach and pontoon. Lac de Paladru is also known as the blue lake because it has a Caribbean feel. This is no doubt due to the colour of its water, which varies from turquoise to emerald thanks to the chalky lake bottom.

Access is 10 minutes from La Tour-du-Pin train station and 3 minutes by car from Val-de-Virieu train station. Not far from Walibi Park, the village has all amenities: restaurants, shops... Come discover the châteaux of Virieu and Pupetière as well as their surroundings: walks, mountain biking on superb trails, or exploring the valleys by motorcycle!

In the heart of nature, come and discover our fully equipped and heated yurt ideal for 4 people. (Kitchenette, toilet and shower) Terrace and dining area. Not far from the lake (5 minutes by car), with a panoramic view of the mountain ranges that surround us, come and recharge your batteries in our haven of peace. You'll get to see our goats grazing and taste our farm cheeses made from raw goat's milk. Linens, towels and tea towels not provided.

For hikers, mountain bikers, and all nature lovers With an area of 50 m2, and consisting of a bedroom with a 1.40 m bed, 1 90 cm bed and 1 1.20 m bed, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and 1 separate toilet. In the living room, the sofa can also be used as a bed for 2 people.
