Dans belle propriété Normande, venez vous ressourcer. Petit studio mansardé indépendant, comprenant une chambre, un salon (avec canapé -lit), douche, WC, balcon et table. Accès au jardin des propriétaires, plancha, barbecue. Attention, un escalier a monter pour accéder au logement. Pas de cuisine, juste un micro-ondes, frigo, vaisselle, cafetière, bouilloire. In the countryside 3.5km outside of Sourdeval this house offers a great base from which to explore all that Normandy has to offer. The house features two bedrooms, each with comfortable double bed and private bathroom. There is a light filled kitchen and down the spiral staircase there is a large open plan living and dining room with a log burner. Outside there is a patio surrounded by a large garden, complete with barbecue area, a hot tub and an indoor heated pool . On site parking.

Le Moulin de la Vallais

Relax at this enchanting riverside house that was the bakery many years ago. Lovely views all around the house and isolated so you can sit in the garden and listen to the river but know that you are five minutes from St Hilaire du harcouet. The river is next to the property with a large patio area to relax in and a lovely place for walks. There is also fishing sites just outside the property. See on line for fishing restrictions. It is also 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel.

The Boulevard Apartment

The apartment has been fully renovated in 2024 and is on the ground floor of the house with private entrance. There is a private section of the garden exclusively for you with charcoal BBQ and seating areas. The property is located 6 metres from the River Orne giving you unique views from the lounge and bedroom. Towels, Bed Linen and Tea towels are included The property is not accessible for people with reduced mobility The bathroom has a walk in shower (no bath tub)

Rich with history, beautiful flowers and breathtaking views of the sweeping woodland valley, it is a timelessly beautiful landscape.
