Enjoy this unique and newly decorated apartment, 600 m from the first beach on foot. The apartment is located on a hill. It is divided into two separate units, each of which is about 40 square meters in size. They do not have internal communication, so it is suitable for a vacation for couples/friends or families with older children, where everyone has their own privacy. The facilities are connected by an outdoor covered terrace. Most markets are 10-15 min walk from the apartment.

My place is very close to the beach. Only two minutes away. It is great for couples and families which enjoy walks next to the beach or cycling. Near the apartment is restaurant, supermarket, bakery and even the dog beach. You will love my place because of the new furniture, TV, air condition and constant updating to make you feel satisfied. You can contact us at any time of the day. If you have a pet the pet fee is 5€/day which you pay in cash on the arrival day.

This facility is located in Crikvenica, in the sunny Kvarner region of Croatia. It has three apartments, and this unit is on the ground floor. To reach the beach, which is only 320m away, you will be the fastest on foot. The accommodation unit has WI-Fi and air conditioning.
