Kuća pruža idealno polazište za istraživanje cijele regije Sjeverne i Srednje Dalmacije. Nacionalni parkovi Kornati i Krka udaljeni su samo nekoliko sati vožnje. Gradovi Šibenik i Split udaljeni su samo 45 min vožnje od kuće. Mjesto je idealno za obitelji s djecom ili malu skupinu prijatelja. Ako ste u potrazi za mirnim i opuštnim odmorom ovo je pravo mjesto za vas. Seoska luka s kristalno čistom morem udaljena je samo pet minuta (250m) od kuće. Gostima je na raspolaganju privatni parking sa tri slobodne mjesta.. Kuća ima veliku terasu s pogledom na bazen. U vanjskom prostoru nalazi se kameni otvoreni kamin s blagovaonskim stolom i stolicama te ležaljkama . Na prostoru gornje terase nalazi se i mini fitness centar.Osim toga, nekretnina se sastoji od tri spavaće sobe s dvije kupaonice sa, prostranim dnevnim boravkom i potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom. Apartment No. 2 is located in a family house in Vinišće. Next to the house and apartment there is a swimming pool with indoor stairs, a mini golf course, a gazebo with seating and billiards, a basketball court, an outdoor barbecue and a parking lot. The interior of the apartment consists of two rooms, a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom and a hallway. The room is equipped with beds of superior quality and comfort. The apartment is ideal for four people, and the fifth, if necessary, can be a child who would sleep on an extra bed.

Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

Our simple, cozy, small 2 bedroom holiday house is 30 m from the beach, secluded & isolated , in a beautiful and quiet location, near the town of Trogir (a Croatian hotspot). There is a huge terrace, next to a mediterranean garden with a BBQ (grill) to enjoy your free time. You have the whole place just for yourselves! You can not come to the house with your car! The parking is free public parking on the street around 35 m away from the house.
