A simply wonderful place. Completely immersed in nature, Forest Nest A-Frame is one of those places that make you forget the noise of the world and rediscover the pleasure of simple and authentic things. Every detail is cared for with love and attention, with a deep sensitivity towards the environment and sustainability. It is clear that those who created it did so with their hearts, thinking of those who love the earth, the silence of the forest, natural materials and a more conscious lifestyle. Everything is harmonious, welcoming, respectful...from the architecture to the way you experience the space. I loved staying there. It's an experience that leaves its mark, a little refuge that I think is really unique in the world. I hope to go back!

The best place we have stayed! Jurij provides everything you could possible need and is super attentive and helpful. The property is a newly renovated farmhouse (2024) and it is stunning inside and out. It even had a stream at the edge of the land with lots of trout - a fisherman's paradise! We are Superhosts ourselves, so have high standards, but this far exceeded our expectations. We had the double room ensuite. Both rooms were enormous, beautifully furnished and well thought out with lots of little extras - and a great hairdryer. We even had a shared fridge-freezer on the landing and Jurij did our laundry for us whilst we were out enjoying ourselves. The breakfast was amazing - so much choice, fresh and delicious - eaten in beautiful surroundings. The location was perfect for exploring the area and if you buy a Julian Alpes card at the Tourist Information in Bohinji, you can save lots of money on parking and attractions. We would definitely recommend this accommodation!!!!!!!!

I want to thank the lovely family who opened the heart and the house. Hosting was perfect, from arrival to when we left. They constantly took care of us and the children and did not stop pampering and help, in everything. This is the most special hospitality we've ever had. I have no doubt that we will be back to visit there. Again, it was a magical week thanks to the people, the place and most of all the good vibes there. Thank you for every smile, hug and concern. After a steep climb through the forest, which we were able to master very well with trailer and motorcycle, we arrived at Martina's farm. The view and the secluded location immediately captured us. There was enough space in the yard for car, trailer and motorcycle. The apartment awaited us with a lot of love. The floor is covered with epoxy clear layer of clinkers. Looks great and is easy to clean and care for. The living room is equipped with a small kitchen that has everything you need, a table with 4 chairs, a sofa that can be pulled out to a double bed (very comfortable) and a fridge with freezer. A kettle and a double ceramic hob are available in the kitchen. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a big closet. The bathroom is a special highlight. Floor level rain shower. A beautiful washbasin, a washing machine is available here. We will be back.

We had a thoroughly relaxing stay in Darja and Borut's beautiful accommodation. You can immediately sense how much attention to detail has gone into this special place – a real gem! Everything was exactly as we had hoped. Darja and Borut were extremely friendly and helpful hosts who were always on hand to offer advice and assistance. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is beautiful and close to many shoppes. We really enjoyed our stay.

Modern apartment and quite spacious, it took us a day to orient ourselves with the space. The house opens into a beautiful garden which was one of the highlights of our stay. We decided to base ourselves here for our trip to Slovenia as the location is quite ideal to explore the attractions of Slovenia. Dejan met us at check in and gave us a comprehensive tour of the property. He also reviewed our itinerary and made helpful suggestions that really made our trip to this beautiful country special. All of Dejan’s suggestions were spot on. The apartment had everything required for our stay and was kids friendly. There are a few supermarkets nearby with one just a couple of mins walk away. The old town is within walking distance too (15 mins). So glad that we chose Dejan’s place and look forward to coming back here some point in the future.

Well designed house with tasteful interior. We can’t think of anything that we missed and the house was spotless. Mojca was very friendly and thoughtful. The house is located on a very rural and quiet location, but still it’s really easy to get to Ljubljana by car. Beautiful walks close by too. We could have easily stayed longer here.
