I wholeheartedly recommend this villa! It offers a wonderful experience in a nice and tranquil setting, while still being conveniently located near restaurants and activities. The host was exceptionally helpful, providing an unparalleled level of efficient and attentive service.

Ich habe fast 6 Wochen in Hahnie's Apartment im Gold Coast Nord Gebäude gewohnt und mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick aus der 34. Etage aufs Meer ist grandios. Auf dem Balkon hat man das Gefühl man sitzt auf einem Logenplatz über dem Meer. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet. TV und WiFi haben tadellos funktioniert. In der Küche lassen sich kleine Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Sogar die wichtigsten Gewürze und Tees standen bereit. Im 3. und 4. Stock des Südgebäudes befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, wo man alles nötige bekommt. Da es vom Nordgebäude aus keinen direkten Zugang zu dem Supermarkt gibt, hat Hahnie dafür gesorgt, dass mir die schweren 20 Liter Wasserflaschen regelmäßig geliefert wurden. Die Lage des Apartments ist optimal, nicht direkt im trubeligen Zentrum, aber man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen. Ich kann das Apartment auch für längere Aufenthalte sehr empfehlen.

Great location and responsive host. Elevators are slow in the building and you have to pay for parking.

The response from Linh are pretty fast. He is very helpful and proactive. The rooms were pretty amazing. One room has an awesome view and the other room has an Projector for Netflix and chill. There were small cons too, the drain for the washrooms was not proper so the water gets overflowed for sometime and the kitchen and utensils seems a bit worn and old which are manageable any how considering the price band. The Major plus point is the check-in and check-out timings. You have 24 hr check-in which is very great relief of our travel which we had issues at other locations. Overall it is an absolute go to and had an Comfortable stay.

Really nice airbnb! Great view of the ocean and islands. Very close to the beach and walkable to many restaurants / spas. We stayed for a short while and had rainy weather but very much enjoyed our stay in Nha Trang! Thank you :)

10/10 apartment, me and my wife stayed here for one month and absolutely loved this place. Everything is new and clean, the location is quiet and peaceful. Cho Dam market is in a couple minutes away from here. You can also buy a pass to the pool, so you can enter top floor and enjoy beautiful city and sea views. And if you stay for a long time, there is an option to order a big bottle of water (20 liters) at the hotel reception for 65k dongs, it is very convenient. Kathy is very friendly and helpful host.

Расположение отличное. Все в шаговой доступности . Цена конечно малость я бы сказал высокая за такое количество квадратных метров , но это береговая линия и туристическое место , поэтому претензии никаких. Спасибо . Чистый номер , всё в номере есть , даже ручной массажер 👍

체크인도 간단하고 방도 커서 4명이서 지내기에 아주 좋았습니다.

Với tư cách là host, mình muốn trải nghiệm service của nhiều host để giao lưu chia sẻ kinh nghiệm. Căn hộ của Rich tại vị trí siêu trung tâm, chất lượng khá ổn so với đơn giá. Mình khuyến khích mọi người trải nghiệm nhé.

Excellent apartment. It was our home for a month and it was very enjoyable. Location was perfect . Very central to everything and minutes from beach. The balcony has sea views which were amazing. Some minor problems were rectified quickly by the host. Very nice pool as well. Would definitely stay there again. Recommended.

Everything about this airbnb was wonderful! The views are breathtaking and it feels like a place like home. Highly recommended this place to anyone! The only downside to this place is that the pool is not free and we have to pay - even if you want to buy a drink, still would have to pay for the pool admission. However I will definitely stay at this place again! Cam on Bích!

Linh est très accueillante, la chambre est spacieuse avec salle de bain privée, climatisation, flexibilité.Emplacement idéal,à proximité de la gare, de la plage. Lave linge disponible. Je recommande 100%

호스트가 굉장히 친절했어요. 저는 여행숙소 정할 때, 호텔과 리조트는 지양하는 편입니다. 그렇다고 너무 로컬처럼 살아보는 건 무섭구요. 항상 그 중간을 찾는데 여기가 눈에 띄었습니다. 일단 제일 중요한 청결도에 매우 만족했고 집의 분위기나 느낌이 좋았습니다! 그리고 무엇보다 고마웠던건 다 게스트한테 맞춰줍니다. 뜨거운 햇볕에 화상을 심하게 입어서 뭐가 닿을때마다 따가워서 잠을 못 이루고 있을 때, 새벽 2시에 어쩔 수 없이 연락했더니 알로에 젤을 갖다 주었습니다 ㅠㅠ또 가는 날엔 새벽 3시 비행기였는데 그 호스트 아들은 우리를 재미있는 클럽으로 데리고 가줬습니다. 밤새 놀다가 자기 차 타고 비행기 타라고,,, 엄청 춤추고 마지막까지 알차게 놀았습니다. 같이 놀자구 물어봐두 함께 놀지는 않고 테이블에 우리 노는 것만 구경하는게 아쉽긴 했지만요. The whole family have good sense and nice!~ Thanks to you, I became a good memory.❤️😊👍
