The house is located at the top of its private 1000 m2 plot, which gives it stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the Joannas pond where ducks lead a quiet life. Sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children.

This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Small extra sofa bed in the bedroom if needed Overlooking the gardens and pool, you have direct access to the Esplanade du Tilleul for outdoor dining, and the rest of the gardens, with direct access to the forest.

Small outbuilding adjoining our house, the entrance is independent with a gate and small secure parking.
