Courtyard has a bistro set and swing. No access to the backyard. There is no smoking anywhere on the property. Located near old town, restaurants, wineries and our new Sky River Casino. Property also has ring cameras on porch and garage for added security.

We are perfectly situated if you are in town for any of the Rancho Murieta Equestrian events and just a quick drive up to Sutter Creek or Calavaras Big Trees. Come stay at our brand new custom home in El Dorado Hills - just completed in 2024! We are walking distance from Folsom Lake and less than an hour and a half from skiing in South Lake Tahoe. You'll love the upscale features throughout the house - we spared no expense. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the views from the house are incredible. We are fully permitted with El Dorado County (#082189) for a max nightly occupancy of 6 adults (children 6 and over).
