House of 250 m², with veranda, terrace, garden of 600 m² overlooking the Loire and its sunsets, located in the heart of Chaumont-sur-Loire, a small tourist town of 1104 inhabitants classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its village runs along the main road for 2 kilometers, bordered on one side by the Loire, the last wild river, and on the other side by the hill overlooking the Regional Domain including its 15th century feudal castle and the garden festival.

The house is surrounded by forest and has a park of remarkable centenary trees, it is located 10 minutes from Amboise, 20 minutes from Chenonceau and Chaumont sur Loire.

The property, located 400 meters from Chambord National Park, welcomes you in a natural area crossed by the "Le Cosson" river, from where you can discover the prestigious Châteaux of the Loire, Beauval Zoo and the surrounding historic towns. We will welcome you to our home, whose garden with its different species of trees makes up an arboretum that promotes calm and rest. Upon reservation, possibility to order breakfast (€10).

My house, which dates back to the end of the 18th century, is 10 minutes from the must-see sites (Chambord, Blois, Cour-Cheverny) and a few km from a pretty natural swimming pool. I hope you love its charm as much as I do, with its beams and thick walls.
