Welcome to live next door to moose and deer. In this little cozy house, you live on your own plot at the top of Frejs Backe. The plot has a large balcony around three sides of the house, with sun for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the house there is a large lawn suitable for play and games. The surroundings consist of meadows and beautiful forest. 200 meters to the swimming jetty and 800 meters to the cliffs and beach in the evening sun. The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge & freezer and microwave. One bedroom has a bunk bed and in the living room there is a wood-burning stove.

"Standards corner" - magical tiny home by the water

Are you an author and want to lock yourself in an archipelago bubble? Now you've finished looking. This magical mini cottage fulfills the dream of living in the middle of the archipelago, and literally a stone's throw from the water. In the approximately 12 sqm, there is a fully equipped kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, hot water and dining area for two. In the bedroom, there is a single bed that can be pulled out to 160 cm. A modern shower room is in the barn and is shared with the other guest house. Each guest house has its own dry toilet.

Sea and forest adventure - neighbor to nature reserve

Find peace and meet the adventure in this newly built wooden house about 1.5 hours from Stockholm City. The house breathes love to nature and is set on a quiet island in the Stockholm Archipelago that mostly consists of nature reserves. There are no cars or noises here but only wild berries and wild life. Close to the sea, your own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to wood oven, wood-fired sauna, barbecue, turntable, craft workshop, 2 Sea kayaks (K1) and 4 Bikes (Everything is included in the rental).

Cabin 10 meters from the sea at Stockholm inlet

Accommodation with a fantastic location by the sea, only 10 metres from the water. Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing by outside the house, which has a terrace facing the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. A nature reserve for walking and running is a stone's throw from the cottage. Sit back and relax in this quiet, cozy home. Just three minutes away is the beach and sea. Stroll around the village and possibly stop at the local bakery. The house has everything you need to stay in it all year round. You can park next to the house. You can also take a direct bus from Slussen that takes about 50 minutes. Cottage 15 m from the sea in a beautiful area

The cottage has one room with two beds and a kitchen with running cold water. The kitchen is fully equipped. You have a private patio with a barbecue area. You have to bring your own charcoal . Bedsheets an towels are included. The cottage is secluded in a quiet and protected bay. You get here by car/bus to Stavsnäs, and then by the ferry towards Sandhamn. It takes about 15 min to walk to the cottage. The terrain is a bit hilly so not suitable for stroller/roller bags.
