Suite in a Caen stone farmhouse. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, along the road. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000 m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciated!

Ideally located close to the shops of Argences and Troarn (5 min by car), our cottage offers you the tranquility of the countryside while being close to amenities. Our dog, a French bulldog, likes to walk around the garden.
