At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Charming house in the heart of the Auge region, can accommodate up to 4 people. Located 15 minutes from Caen and Cabourg, 30 minutes from Deauville, close to the landing beaches. House offering an ideal location to explore the region and discover its many historical and cultural sites, such as the Caen Memorial Located in a quiet area, close to local shops and restaurants. At your disposal, a bowling alley and jacuzzi (for ages 15 and up) open from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
