There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Our detached house has fantastic views. The house is beautifully located in a valley on a dead-end road. From the wooden terrace, you can observe the wildlife with the naked eye. Deer, birds of prey, foxes... And not to forget the starry sky. The house has a fenced garden that is extremely suitable for your dog. From the house, there are various hiking trails in the beautiful forests and surrounding villages. The bakery is within walking distance for a French breakfast, among other things.

Isolated (no houses in sight), quiet and without nuisance, the house is located on the heights of a valley and has an exceptional view. Two other cottages are for rent 2 km from the accommodation: "La maison du vigneron" with a capacity of 6 places and "la basse-cour du château" (7 places)

Ideally located in Morvan Park less than 5 minutes from Saulieu and the first lakes, you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, water sports, cultural or gourmet discoveries or simply enjoy the fresh air and calm of the countryside.
