The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Welcome to our cottage nestled in the heart of our Duclos Fougeray cider house! You walk through the doors of a 17th century farmhouse, in cob, typically Norman. It looks like you've traveled back in time, but rest assured, modern amenities are there (otherwise we would have provided you with candles and mules)! Our cottage is a bit like a good bottle of cider: full of character, a touch of sparkle, and with a touch of tradition that gives it all its charm.

The Old Bakery

Located at the bottom of my garden, this outbuilding consists of a common room with kitchen area, dining area and living area (DVD player, books, games and speaker to listen to your favorite music), a dormitory (1 double bed on one side and 1 double mattress + 2 single mattresses placed on the floor on the other side) accessible by a miller's ladder and a bathroom accessible by another staircase. My house is a few meters away, I will be present and discreet.

The space The apartment is on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms in a row. Ideal for a couple with kids. Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.
