Private getaway on the shore of Lake Geneva outside Lausanne

We stayed in a spacious accommodation spread across four floors, featuring one bedroom on the ground floor and another on the second floor. The property is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from a small train station, making it relatively easy to reach—especially if you're arriving via a larger hub like Montreux. However, it's important to note that while the location is scenic and peaceful, the nearby train station is very small and there are no shops in the immediate vicinity. We arrived late and hadn't realized that basic shopping (e.g., milk, butter, kitchen roll, hand towels for the kitchen) needed to be done in advance or in a larger town. Future guests may want to plan ahead and stock up on essentials before arriving. That said, the mountain views and tranquil setting

Very appreciable short stay. I liked the presence of air conditioning with the high temperatures, it was cool in the rooms even in the mezzanine. The two beaches below the village are very uncrowded and the peaceful calm of the village is a stone's throw from Switzerland by bike.

We had a very nice stay in Pierre's apartment, Beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment. Everything clean and tidy. Cabinets in the bedroom and kitchen could do with a little renovation. Very smooth communication. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake of Geneva. Recommended!

splendid chalet, exactly as described. thoughtfully furnished, everything you need is there and in the right place (charging cable, adapter, gratin plate for the oven, lemon squeezer,...)!

We really enjoyed staying at Delphines house. We stayed a family of five: our two oldest kids in the lower floor of the house, and the youngest with us parents in the upper floor. Both lower and upper floor has a toilet, which works well. The lower floor is nicely cool in the summer warmth. From the porch there's a breathtaking view of the mountains. There's a nice mix of sun and shade, and it's a great place to spend the afternoon after having been out and about. The house itself is quite special too: it's decorated very tastefully and consistently. The curtains, faucets, carpets, pottery, lighting, bedding and other decor all come together very nicely. We felt right at home, and it gave a nice sense of calm. Delphine was very proactive and responsive in her communication.

The apartment has an amazing view on the mountains. It’s well equipped and it has a nice garden with a wooden dining table and a ping pong table. It also offers very bright dining area in the kitchen, where we could have nice family breakfasts. Actually, the apartament was even nicer than what we expected based on the description. Belinda is very responsive so we didn’t have any problems even with little questions. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Once we arrived Bart greatest is. He was extremely friendly and answered any questions we had. His place was clean and it was definitely what was pictured. The location was peaceful and the ability to sit in the Hot tub in the evening time and gaze out at the mountains and listen to the cowbells. I would highly recommend this place.

Everything is cozy and nice to stay

Very nice apartment with fascinating views. Everything you need to feel at home was available in the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped and everything else is there. I had the AirBnb vibes like 15 years ago and found a real home. Thank you - we'd love to come back anytime:)

I stayed at Matthieu’s place for three nights while visiting my kid who’s studying in Switzerland. The view was absolutely stunning, and the interior felt like something out of the Ritz Carlton. Clearly, Christelle and Matthieu put a lot of care into every detail. The Wi-Fi was also super fast, which was a big plus. Both Christelle and Matthieu were warm and welcoming. We had some great conversations during my stay. The location is just a 5–7 minute walk from the train station. Unless you're traveling with more than two people, I’d recommend skipping the rental car and going with one or two Eurail business class pass instead. Thank you again, Christelle and Matthieu! we had a very good stay in Claire and Adrien's accommodation, tastefully decorated accommodation, excellent bedding, the spa bath really a plus after busy days of sightseeing. The only small negative point, if we can say that it is one, is that we would have preferred a dishwasher instead of a washing machine. but it is with great pleasure that we will recommend this accommodation.

There were 4 adults. Our host welcomed us with all his kindness and everything was planned, even coffee and shower soap. Beautiful south-facing garden. Good bedding (3x double bed) and beds made on arrival. Only downside: the partitions between rooms are quite thin and you can hear the neighbours snoring. William is a host to recommend and we will come back.

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!
