Includes all the necessary comforts you'd need, including a welcome pack on arrival.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Based on the River Lot you have access to the river, the gardens and the surrounding countryside. You can swim, kayak, fish, hike or cycle from the house. The town of Prayssac is a short 5 minute drive away with a cinema, restaurants, Boulangerie and three supermarkets. Surrounded by vineyards you can visit the local vignobles and treat yourself to the Malbec wines of this region. You can also simply relax and admire the views.

This self-contained apartment is separate to the main property where the owners live all year round. The 36m² apartment boasts a double ensuite, lounge & kitchen with its own balcony. The adjacent unique black clad concrete bio pool does not contain chlorine but works with special filters. It's so healthy for your skin.
