You will have an equipped kitchen, a sitting area, a lounge area with views, upstairs a master suite, XL shower, 160 bed, standard bedroom with shower and 2 twin beds. Beautiful wooden terrace around the pool, dining area under the awning, lounge area, deckchairs and BBQ.

You'll love my place because of the brightness and the comfort. My place is good for families, groups of friends. Bed linen is provided (except shower and pool towels). THE POOL (8 x 4 m) is secure. Free tennis 400 m from the house. WiFi in the house. (July August minimum week). ATTENTION (no parties or noisy evenings after 10:30pm to respect the neighborhood). For checkout times (for weeks departing on Saturday at 9 a.m., weekends on Sunday at 5 p.m.)

We offer a 2-room apartment on the 1st floor of our villa with a terrace and beautiful views of the countryside, 700 m from village. We are located: Close to Montélimar and its nougat museums The Ardèche gorges with its Pont-d'Arc Crocodile farm and giant tortoises Chauvet Cave....... Numerous hiking trails on site including the GR42 20 minutes from the Tricastin power station. The apartment measures 48 m2 + a covered terrace of 16 m2.

Located in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, quiet, with a superb view. This house with its private heated pool (open from 15 April to 15 November) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. On foot you will find all amenities , and the Ardèche a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned a Type 2 Electric Vehicle Charging Station is available on site.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
