Enjoy this house on the banks of the Seine (swimming, kayaking... directly from the house). The house has 3 bedrooms (double beds + sofa bed in the living room) each with private bathroom and toilet. One bedroom with a balcony overlooking the Seine, a second with a large covered terrace also served by a staircase overlooking the garden. Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

L’Hospice St-Nicolas

The Hospice St-Nicolas is located in the historic heart of the city of Troyes, a short walk to the cathedral and in a unique place steeped in history. Founded by the canons of the cathedral around 1157, the Petit-St-Nicolas Hospice was the first hospital in Troyes. Since 1996, the building and its chapel have been classified as a historic monument. The Hospice St-Nicolas will seduce you with the charm and calm of its premises.

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, vineyards and factory shops. On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a tv lounge area. On the same level, you have one bedroom, one shower room and one toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. No pets allowed.
