Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Idéale pour les vacances en famille, alliant la pierre de l'ancien et les équipements modernes d'aujourd'hui. Terrasse, cuisine équipée (lave-vaisselle, four, plaque induction), salle à manger, salon, internet, télévision, avec-linge et équipements bébé (lit parapluie et chaise haute). Piscine UNIQUEMENT entre le 01/06 et le 30/09, réservations uniquement du samedi au samedi durant cette période (1 sem mini).
