A huge thank you for this stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. You were at the top, always available and attentive, we couldn't have asked for better to celebrate our son's 18th birthday as a family. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated, warm and welcoming, and what about the garden… a real little corner of greenery! We loved being able to make a barbecue with the family and meet in the evening around the fire pit We felt like home there…! Thank you again, and we hope to see you soon!

Hi, The host's welcome was excellent: warm, accommodating and very understanding, especially when we had to change our dates last minute. The house is pleasant, well maintained, well equipped, and the rooms are spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 7-8 guests. Really a great stay! Very cozy house, very comfortably furnished and conducive to rest and relaxation. Very quiet environment. Need to take the car to go to the village, which is not a very big constraint because the distance is not very important. Also, the house is close to the main axis towards Caen. We took advantage of the nice weather to have breakfast on the terrace and have a barbecue. We can very well stay at the house for at least a day and do nothing or go to the village or on the banks of the Orne. We were very well hosted, very well guided for our stay. My partner Nick and I stayed here for four days over Easter and had a fantastic time. Christopher and his partner were very sweet, kind, and welcoming. They shared the fascinating history of the house, which is beautifully old and full of character. The stay was peaceful, and the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom were spotless, well-equipped, and perfect for cooking at home. The location is ideal for visiting the coast, D-Day memorials, and Lisieux with the Basilica of Saint Thérèse. The property is easy to reach, has nearby parking, a lovely garden, and you can tell it’s well cared for and loved. Livarot is a small, charming town with everything in walking distance, and the nearby villages are full of châteaux and scenic views. If you’re looking for a quiet, cozy, and beautiful place to stay, especially as a couple, this is it. We’re very happy and definitely recommend it!

Excellent welcome, it is much more than a trailer, a shawl in nature decorated with taste and comfort in a warm environment. I highly recommend for a getaway in the Pays d 'Auge. Do not miss the chocolate breads of the village bakery (a slaughter), the small restaurant "the authentic"recommended by the owner as well as the gardens of the Pays d 'Auge within walking distance of the accommodation.

We had a nice stay at Matty and Clement's home. The kids loved the playground equipment and the pool.

Had a lovely stay in the hidden gem gite. It was so clean on arrival and there was a lovely welcome pack. It is in a beautiful location and very peaceful. The hosts were really helpful and responsive.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Stephanie and Nicholas' cottage. The cottage was extremely peaceful and quiet, with beautiful views. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the cottage was spotlessly clean. Stephanie and Nicolas were extremely helpful hosts and very responsive to queries. We would recommend and would be happy to stay again :)
