Located on the ground floor, it is quiet because it does not overlook the street. Access to the garden may be available upon request.

We are located less than 5 minutes from the historic centre of Sedan and its medieval castle (a favourite monument of the French). The studio is spacious and bright, opening onto a terrace covered by a pergola, overlooking the park. Dining area with kitchen on one side and bedroom with TV on the other. Bathroom with toilet. The studio has an independent entrance.

My place is close to Verdun (25 km), Belgium (30 km), Verdun Battlefield (15 minutes)... The room is ideal for a family of 4. The entrance (through the garden) is independent. The bedroom area consists of 2 spaces separated by a partition: a double bed and, on a platform, 2 single beds. In the veranda, you can eat (fridge, microwave, kettle) and watch TV. Breakfast is included in the price. No parking problems!

If you want to stay in an old village farmhouse that has been renovated while retaining its interior character and history, you are in the right place: "chez Georgette" There are still some imperfections in house but it was a choice to keep this old building and not completely transform it. Oak floors, old tiles, furniture from the 30s/40s, and other things you will discover during your stay!
