Carlos war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber und sehr grosszügig und herzlich. Bei unserer Ankunft begrüsste er uns mit einer unglaublichen Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken (laktosefreie Milch, Vollmilch, Sojamilch, Tee, Kaffee, Marmelade, Butter, Toastbrot, Obst, Croissants, Wein, Bier etc). Carlos war sehr hilfreich und aufmerksam. Er gab uns im vorab viele Empfehlungen für Madrid und war auch während unserem Aufenthalt jederzeit erreichbar und fürsorglich. Ausserdem hatte er eine Metro Karte zur Verfügung gestellt, den wir aufladen und benutzen konnten, dies verinfachte unsere Rundreise in Madrid. Die Wohnung war makellos. Alles war sehr sauber und sorgfältig gepflegt. Carlos hatte kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (Schokoladen, Kerzen, Handcreme und Gesichtsmasken) in jedem Zimmer für uns hinterlassen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer). Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen und hatten viel Raum. Wir danken Carlos für Alles! Bleib so wie du bist ❤

Gustavo’s place is amazing, and Gustavo is the best host. He was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. He made numerous helpful recommendations, and really made our time in Madrid enjoyable. His place is pristine and beautiful, & we will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in town! Jose Miguel has a very cute, clean, comfortable apartment in a neighborhood in transition. It's about a 8-minute walk north from the Puente de Vallecas Metro stop. We were very comfortable in his well-furnished, clean, easy to enter apartment. The instructions were clear, and communicating with him was easy. We joked that we wished we could copy his apartment and paste it into every place that we visit! In terms of comfort, layout, and space, it was one of the top 3 places we've stayed. That said, we didn't cook there, so can't speak to the quality and ease of cooking, but everything else was a gem!

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

The apartment was very clean, bed really comfortable and bathroom squeaky clean. Great location close to metro stations, restaurants, playgrounds for kids, clubs, etc. very walkable area and always felt very safe.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was lovely—quiet and peaceful, perfectly located just far enough from central Madrid to feel relaxed, but still close enough to get into the city quickly by cab, metro or a walk if you’re up for it. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and proactive. The real highlight was the pool and garden—an absolute dream to come back to after a day exploring in the Spanish heat. Highly recommended!

Staying at his place was a wonderful experience. He responded quickly and helpfully in every situation. The room was very spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing a simple breakfast. At first, I forgot that there were detailed instructions with pictures at the bottom—make sure you don’t! If you follow the images carefully, self check-in will be super easy.

Javier was a good host and the place was clean and tidy. He offered me everything I needed especially the adaptor plug to charge my phone. He had a very lovely dog that gave me company and hugged me whenever I was coming in. My favorite spot would be the bathroom on the second floor and the music in the background with Alexa. The house is located in Getafe which is not far at all from the city centre and other places. I would definetly recommend it!

Simplicité, réactivité de José, appartement très propre et ordonné. La zone est paisible et cela fait du bien de quitter l’hypercentre de Madrid pour bien se reposer. Excellent rapport qualité prix. merci à José pour son accueil

Fabiola is the best host that you will ever meet. She’s one of a kind, I stayed with her for 3months and she really treat me as her family and my child. You have everything that you need on the whole duration of your stay. The house is clean and in a good location. It’s easy to go to the main city. It’s five star for me! Don’t hesitate to book her place!

Ambiente muy calido, familiar y acogedor. ubicado en sitio muy cerca al centro y a estacion del Metro. excelente anfitriona, 5 estrellas bien ganadas!

Jose Manuel y sus gatos (Charlie y Romeo), han sido muy buenos anfitriones. Un lugar limpio y cálido. Que decir de la habitación muy acogedora con esas vistas y cero ruido. Ha 5 minutos de la estación, para llegar a Atocha en un santiamén. Lo recomiendo!

Una estancia encantadora en Madrid. Tiene la estación Puente de Vallecas a unos minutos caminando, tiene varios restaurantes y supermercados cerca. Nos hospedamos aquí buscando un lugar solo para llegar a dormir, y era demasiado cómodo y completo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente a cualquier persona que busque un lugar seguro, céntrico, tranquilo, alejado del ruido y muy muy cómodo. :)

Maria Jesus was a great host. She is very kind and attentive to all our needs. She has a great vibe and very welcoming. We loved the place and even tried to book it on our return trip but it was taken and I can see why. We were fortunate to not only find a great, quiet and roomy place with AC, but also met a great lady. Thank you Maria, I hope we meet again someday.

Un apartamento con una situación inmejorable en un barrio maravilloso. El apartamento es acogedor, tranquilo y cuenta con un portero muy amable disponible para responder cualquier pregunta. Es un apartamento interior, lo cual le da una tranquilidad estupenda y está muy bien iluminado, así que no se echa de menos una vista exterior en absoluto. Tengo que mencionar que la ducha tiene una presión perfecta, algo que no suele ser común en apartamentos y que se agradece mucho. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado. Agradecí muchísimo que me permitieran dejar mis cosas varias horas antes de la hora de entrada sin ningún tipo de pega. Me ha encantado todo y me encantaría volver. No tengo ninguna pega, al contrario!

Buen apartamento con todo lo necesario. Sofá cama muy cómodo. Tiene hasta aparcamiento privado, aunque nosotros viajamos en tren. Todo correcto.
