We can also provide information on external rental of bicycles for adults and children through specialized shops in Madrid. Bikes are not included in the price of the stay and are paid directly at the corresponding store. The home is delivered prepared according to the confirmed reservation. Any service, item, modification, additional guest, or intervention not expressly included in the reservation must be requested in advance and may have an additional cost.

You will have the flexibility to have the privacy of a private apartment, regardless of whether your stay is days, weeks, months or as long as you need. For stays longer than seven nights, it will be necessary to make a security deposit of 200€, which must be paid upon arrival at the reception. This amount will be refunded at check out, once the condition of the apartment has been verified, using the same method of payment used. Suitable for pets with a maximum weight of 25 kilos. In Villaverde Alto, you can take the metro line 3 to reach the center (Puerta de Sol) in half an hour. For 2 guests, you will find everything you need to spend a few days.
