We present Villa Anna, a marvellous villa with a sea view on the south coast of Sardinia, in one of the most loved and frequented localities by locals: Kal'e Moru, a true oasis of nature&wellness. It offers 8 beds divided into 4 spacious rooms, a large double living room with sea view, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 bathrooms, for a total area of around 300 square metres.

The charming holiday home Nicoleup in Perd'e Sali, southern Sardinia, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. The 50 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair is also available. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

With its 10 km of white sand, Costa Rei is one of the most beautiful bays in the Mediterranean and, as the Lonely Planet guide states, even in the world. The beach is white, the water is crystal clear and the seabed is very shallow - ideal for children.

Ideal for 4 people, the apartment, located on the first floor, consists of two bedrooms, entrance with kitchen, bathroom with shower and a comfortable terrace. The house has private parking.

The Olive Grove

The House is in rustic style surrounded by an olive grove, it is composed of a large living room with a characteristic fireplace and wooden countertop. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The bedrooms have both a double bed and one has an additional single bed. A fifth room serves as a closet.
