The apartment on the ground floor of a two-storey villa (I live on the upper floor), has independent access, is equipped with a large private courtyard, with table, chairs, umbrella, BBQ and sun loungers. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
