Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Bienvenue à toutes et à tous ! Ce lieu de vie, c'est bien plus qu'un simple appartement au pied des pistes pour nous. C'est notre petit coin de paradis où l'on se retrouve avec notre famille de voyageurs et avec nos amis depuis bientôt 40 ans. Nous sommes ravis de vous y accueillir. C'est un petit coin de paradis pour être seul et pour retrouver ceux qu'on aime. C'est un point de départ idéal pour explorer les montagnes, les lacs, les rivières, et toute la magnifique nature environnante.

At the entrance of the road to the ski resorts, in the charming village of "Les Mollettes", beautiful 2 bedroom double bed outbuilding in a 80 square meter single-family house facing our personal home. It has a large living room with modern equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. This quality accommodation is ideally located 30 minutes from the family resort of Collet d'Allevard, 5 minutes from Alpespace, 15 minutes from Chambéry and 25 minutes from Grenoble.

Cozy and spacious, the CIME is a 95 m2 duplex apartment that can accommodate 9 people. 50 m from the lifts. Dynamic, pedestrian resort and labeled Family Plus (nursery, children's club) at an altitude of 1500 m, in the heart of Les Sybelles, the fourth ski area in France and its 310 km of slopes. Relax after skiing in your private sauna! For large groups, our chalet, the Écrin des Granges, has another accommodation for 13 people, or 22 sleeping accommodations in total.

Enjoy a stylish and central home on the 3rd floor of the Vostok-Zodiaque residence overlooking the slopes. Ski lessons 50 meters away. Fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a large living room to chat after a nice day. 2 ski closets, large living room, ethanol fireplace, high-end fittings will complete this 70 m2 apartment. The apartment is quiet and is fully renovated and furnished with modern furniture. 3 balconies complete the property.

This all-wood mountain-style cottage with private sauna is located close to the family resort of Albiez Montrond. At 1400 m altitude near the Karellis, Sybelles and Val Thorens areas in the middle of nature on a plot with a magnificent view. Numerous leisure activities nearby: Skiing, Tennis, swimming, children's games, numerous hiking/snowshoeing/skiing or cycling trips to explore the famous Aiguilles d'Arves or the mythical passes of the Tour de France.

Come and escape in our quiet apartment at the top of the legendary Montvernier hairpin bends. With family, as a couple or with friends, you are close to the ski resorts and in the heart of the "largest cycling area in the world". With your private garage you can store your winter sports equipment or your motorcycle, your bike. Nestled in the heart of the Chartreuse, come and discover our independent dome on our small Quintessence de Chartreuse farm, dedicated to plants. You will be enchanted by the view of the valley, the 360° cliffs with the Grand Som in the background. Our house and the farm premises are 80 metres from the dome and its terrace, with no neighbours overlooking. If you would like to stay for several nights, please do not hesitate to ask for information.
