Le Cocon Asprions welcomes you in the small village of Aspres-les-Corps, 960 m above sea level in the Hautes-Alpes between Grenoble and Gap near the RN85 (Route Napoléon), at the entrance to the Valgaudemar valley, one of the famous valleys of the Écrins National Park. 70 m2 of softness await you in this renovated accommodation, on the ground floor and 1st floor of our village house. This tastefully furnished cocoon has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as it is enjoyable.

GITE DU VILLARD, built in an old barn

This single-storey cottage, new and unique, has been built using high-quality materials: brushed larch, limewash, iron and wood. With a glass-walled opening onto the mountains and no overlooking neighbours, unwind in this QUIET and ELEGANT accommodation in the unspoilt, wild VALGAUDEMAR valley in the HAUTES-ALPES. We offer an independent cottage of nearly 90 m2, great comfort with a hot tub and stunning views of the Champsaur Valley. The cottage includes 2 bedrooms of 15 m², a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and a veranda. You will also enjoy a pleasant and south-facing exterior with a shaded terrace, a green space, games for children and parking spaces.

Located on the heights of the village of Réotier at 1100m above sea level. You will appreciate this 116m² wooden chalet for the view and comfort. It is perfect for families (with children). The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

Situated on the municipality of Ponsonnas, in 850 m of height, 1 km from La Mure (38), between Grenoble and Gap, on the Napoleon route, on the edge of the Ecrins National park, this house benefits from exceptional environment and panorama. many summer and winter activities await you nearby (many lakes, bungee jumping, mountain hiking, skiing). Those who will prefer to stay at home will find a quiet, comfortable, cosy and friendly space.

La Chapelle en Valgaudemar, an apartment of about 60 m² on the first floor of a village house for 2 or 4 people with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom. On the ground floor, a shared garage of about 100 m² and a small garden shared with another apartment. The washing machine, in a corner of the garage, is shared with another apartment. The village is located in the heart of the Écrins National Park, at the start of many hikes.

This property has all the necessary amenities. A grocery store is less than 500 m away.
