The house is located on the edge of the village of Villaputzu in a very quiet location and beautiful nature, is 10 minutes by car from Porto Corallo beach and 1 hour from Cagliari airport . The market, restaurants and bars can be reached in 5 minutes walking. The house is newly built and fully furnished, in the kitchen you will find all the necessary kitchen utensils , as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. Moreover, towels and linens are provided, included in the arrangement. Benvenuti !

Charming holiday flat on a hillside

Our vacation rental is situated in a quiet and friendly neighborhood at a hillside of Villaputzu (Località Cristolu Podda). The open concept apartment with 115qm offers you 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large/generous terrace with sea view invites to relax and unwind. It’s a 1,5km car ride to the village Villaputzu and 5km to the beach/sea of Porto Corallo. Furthermore you can visit a bunch of other nice and lovely beaches within a radius of 15-30km (Murtas, Costa Rei). Car is needed!

Casa Cannas – Sardinian House (iun P5660)

A real sardinian "casa campidanese" in the middle of a little town. Casa Cannas was the house of my great uncle Giovanni. Built in the 40s, with traditional furniture but with all the comforts, garden with car spot, in a little street in Villaputzu, 10 minutes from Porto Corallo, 15 from the wild Murtas beach and about 30 minutes from the famous Castiadas and Villasimius beaches.

Il Ginepro is located in the rural area of Villaputzu a few kilometers from the village, so you can reach supermarkets, shops, restaurants and the beaches of the southeast coast of Sardinia in a few minutes.
