Outside, the villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the beach and the sea. Access to the beach is private and direct via a staircase. The garden offers convenient parking for up to two or three cars. There is also a covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for returning from the beach.

Inside, there's air conditioning, Wi-Fi (>200Mbps) , TV, and a study. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, and laundry is easy with a washing machine and tumble dryer. All linens and beach towels are provided!

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

A cosy apartment located in the centre of Giba, a small village in southern Sardinia, 6 km from the sea. The house has an entrance and free parking in front of the house. It has an eat-in kitchen with a sofa, a bathroom with all amenities and a hydromassage shower, and a bedroom with a balcony and a view of the park. All amenities (bars, restaurants, pizzeria, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist and bank) are located 100 metres from the house.
