Holiday rentals with a patio in Villanova

Very charming apartment. Good beds, well-equipped kitchen, working smart TV. In a beautiful setting with beautiful beaches and an old town. Parking in the area is a bit more difficult, but there is always a place to find, even if it is a bit further away. Host is very helpful and welcoming.

Marina is a very kind host. The accommodation is a small paradise outside the city. You need a car to get there and good driving skills to get through the narrow streets. But when you get there, you'll be rewarded with exclusive accommodation.

Marcello was the perfect host , right from the initial booking stage . Very responsive and informative as well as super kind . Location is great , 15 minutes walk to Ostuni centre . Private parking , spacious interior as well as a lovely patio . Well equipped kitchen with every condiment imaginable! Highly recommend Marcello’s place

We had a great stay in Puglia although the weather was not as nice as expected in mid of April. The apartment is equipped with everything you need (including salt, pepper, oil, dishwasher tabs, etc.). The communication with the agency is easy and they were very responsive to any questions that we had. The location of the apartment is a good starting point to visit Puglia. Also, in San Vito dei Normanni there are several restaurants, ice cream shops and grocery shops which is very convenient. We hope to come back to Puglia in the future, hopefully with more sunshine then :) A big thanks to Luana and the team from Vacanze in Puglia! Best regards from Berlin Ewa & family

As per all previous reviews, what a great little BnB. All the details have been thought of and a great place to escape the city but well located for a lot of the places in apulia. Great host who goes out their way to make your stay as good as it can be with some very strong recommendations for chilled beaches and local pizzeria. Thanks a lot Amelia.

The apartments was well designed clean and homely

I truly believe Antonella’s place is the best location in Polignano! The patio has the most amazing view staring right into the Grotto. Sitting out on the patio swing watching the sunset was priceless. They were incredibly responsive and helpful with everything! Thank you so much for such a remarkable vacation!

Casa Greco is very nicely decorated, furnished and well equipped. It’s about a 10 minute walk down the hill to the centre of Ostuni. Mela was a very helpful and communicative host and responded quickly with our queries. Just one thing to note, there are quite a lot of steep steps within the property, so it might not suit everyone, but we enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

We had the most amazing time at the Villa it was better than the pictures when we got there. Grazia communicated really well and gave great instructions on how to get there. The pool the rooms everything was perfect. There was of 6 us in our groups 3 couples and we enjoyed nights by the pool and a few dinners in town at Ceglie.M great little town. We did a few day trips to Ostuni Alberobello Monopoli and many more. There were great grocery stores which Grazia told us about and we made that a fun outing going to do the shopping. You definitely need a car if you stay in this area and this villa. We loved our adventure and it was a bucket list experience being in this region and enjoying its culture. Thank you

Everything was really perfect and Leonardo is a very, very good host! The house even had beach towels and an umbrella to take with you. Everything looks even better than in the photos! I can only recommend it to everyone, we liked it very, very much.

Wonderful stay in a lost paradise of the Itria Valley! I had studied several options and this one was the best for the extremely central location, 10 minutes from Ostuni, and within reasonable distance of the main sights. This small house in the middle of nature has a great charm. While it must be perfect in summer, it is also perfect in winter, thanks to the wood stove that allows you to live around a real fireplace. It's a bit rustic (you have to relight the fire in the morning when you wake up), but it's exactly what we were looking for, and thanks to the kindness of James (who took care of buying the wood for us), we were able to enjoy his home in the best conditions. Very well-equipped house. So I would highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely authentic old building! We felt like locals! It’s just on the edge of the old town with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. All the wonderful bars and restaurants are so close. There is everything you need in the kitchen including a great coffee machine! The bed is huge and it’s one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in! The veranda was perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. Francesco was very friendly and helpful as a host. The perfect place to explore this part of Puglia!

The photographers apartment is an excellent opportunity to stay in the heart of Monopoli overlooking the harbor. Very nice, comfortable apartment that is two flights up from street level. Fabrizio was very helpful, a cheerful person with loads of local information and always available by direct message. We spent 5 nites and were very happy with the accommodations.

The apartment offered by Marina was a little paradise. Easy to park in the street, bright rooms, very spacious terrace, quality bedding and linen. The kindness, smile and help provided by Marina before, during and even after the stay were a real pleasure. It's thanks to Marina that our holiday started so well. Very warm welcome, with basket of cherries and tomatoes, apricots and eggs. Everything is provided for breakfast. Dario and his partner are very friendly and the exchanges in French are very appreciable.

The accommodation is really very aesthetic & beautifully decorated. Beautiful furniture - beautiful look. The accommodation was clean & the bed is - as my predecessors already wrote - really very pleasant & comfortable. The air conditioning cools the accommodation quickly - but only as long as the room card is inserted. We cooked at our evening in the accommodation, no great equipment available, but completely sufficient for an evening. Everything you need. The place is highly recommended. Great Airbnb! & wonderful instructions for check-in. Thanks to the pictures, you can find it in no time. & many thanks for the PDF recommendations in the area, which you also receive on top. Had a wonderful stay in Villa Particolare. We stayed in the studio for 2 weeks. Beautiful clean space and everything available! Beautiful, quiet area near Martina Franca. Peter and Anita are very warm people. They gave us many tips about the area. We felt completely at home!

Piermario and Antonio are exceptional hosts. We had a very good welcome with the presentation of the accommodation which is wonderfully equipped, everything was planned to feel like home. Small culinary attentions awaited us, two bicycles that we used almost every day to go to the covered market or to the train station to take the train, or to go to the beach, without forgetting the small inner courtyard, a real little gem. They thought of everything, including the barbecue. You don't want to leave once you're there. The geographical location is ideal with transport nearby and shops, restaurants etc... They are very responsive as soon as a small problem arises. We only have one desire, and that is to go back. Thank you for allowing us to have a good stay. Brigitte and Victor

House Sasanelli was a very good-valued place, spacious, nice balcony, and a great location in the area of Murat.

We had an amazing stay at Alex’s apartment — it’s in the best part of the city, walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The space was clean, beautifully designed, and spacious enough for the three of us. It was also fully equipped with everything we needed — nothing was lacking. Alex was fantastic: super communicative, full of great local recommendations, helped us find parking for our rental car, and even booked us a dinner reservation for our first night. He truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this place — we can’t wait to stay here again!

Francesco is a very welcoming and available host if you need him. The neighbours are very friendly. If the accommodation is quiet with the windows closed, the environment is noisy with a very busy road. This apartment has parking, which is very nice. Namely, the kitchen equipment is very minimalist. The historic centre is a 10-minute walk away, which is great. I highly recommend this listing!
