Holiday rentals with beach access in Villanova

Great place to stay. A lot of restaurant options down the street. Location is great. The rooftop terrace is a plus. Very flexible with check in and offered a lot of recommendations.

Amazing place with SPECTACULARLY UNFORGETTABLE sunrise. Never been happier to get up so early in am to witness the sunrise colors of the skyline every day. Everything in the apartment is immaculate and extremely well kept, including the extremely accommodating host which greatly contributed to a fantastic Apulian experience.

We were very pleased with our stay. Host Giacomo was very responsive and always answered our questions very quickly and satisfactorily. The apartment is optimal for two people, very tastefully decorated and very clean. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare small meals yourself. The beach is a 3-minute walk away. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and perfectly located – just a short walk from the village center and the beach. Our host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We felt completely at ease throughout our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

We love our stay. The place is super comfortable and cozy. The location is great and easy to access, while not being a noisy street. Rafaelle and his wife welcomed us very well and gave us good tips about Polignano. Rafaelle took us to a local cafe, always very helpful. Highly recommended.

Absolutely LOVED this condo! Great location to everything, great view, super spacious and Simonetta was extremely helpful with giving us local recommendations or anything we needed. This location is walkable to everything - old town, bus or train station, restaurants and had a grocery store right across the street. And the coffee machine in the condo was incredible!! Highly recommend this condo for a stay in Monopoli. Gracie!

Great place, but staying in a multi-level place can be a nuisance in the long run. Each room is on a different floor. However, it has its charm! Beautiful view from the deck. A wonderful quiet neighborhood, despite being close to the main attractions.

Adorable apartment close to the center of town. Easy communication with the host. Five minute easy walk to historic center. The place was clean and the key easy to use. I reccomend this home.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the year, and these were by far the most lovely I’ve ever interacted with! The property is beautiful. We came in October so it was more quiet than during the summer, but the beach was wonderful and very closely positioned to old town Monopoli (though not walkable if that’s what you’re looking for). The kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you’d need to cook (which we did) and the patio is spectacular looking at the Adriatic (we ate all of our meals there). The hosts provided tons of recommendations and I’d recommend to anyone!!

Excellent Airbnb in Monopoli! It is even more beautiful than the pictures. Perfect location, right in the center of town and walkable to everything. Host was incredibly nice. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived the evening that Verizon telecommunications went down so we had no way to contact Maricina. We were to contact her by the AirBnB app but we were unable to do that because of the outage. Fortunately she was there waiting for us and we really appreciate that. She also suggested activities and gave us good instructions. I can see why she has earned super host status. The apartment has a sense of style and there is plenty of room for all your belongings. Also the appliances are very modern. We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay in Liliana's appartement. It's close to the historical center, shops and the beaches. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay a few days to visit Monopoli.

Absolutely amazing place, and one of the best views for the sunset and sunrise in Polignano a Mare. We stayed a week and the house is incredible, with the sea view, balconies, roof terrace and rooftop. Walking distance from everywhere. Jacqueline was nice and very helpful, gave us plenty of good tips. Lots of steps and tiny bathrooms but we loved them too.

Pietro and Arianna were absolutely helpful!!! From check in, to recommending local foods, helping with the busses, they were so responsive and went out of their way to help us! House was very clean, easy check in, great place to get to and well described. We will definitely be back again!! 💯

A magical place, in the true heart of Polignano, close to everything to do everything, embedded in the stone as per tradition, with a large terrace that is truly livable to crown a dream. Mariella is a wonderful person with a rare availability, we will return very soon and we will recommend her to anyone

We had a truly wonderful stay at Vincenzo's place for two nights in early May. The apartment is beautiful, light and airy and the terrace overlooking the sea a great place to relax. The bed was super comfy, and we loved listening to the waves at night! Water, oil, balsamic and some nibbles supplied, a Nespresso style coffee maker (and a small Italian coffee maker) and a few coffee pods. Everything was clean and fresh, we didn't cook but there was ample equipment. There are two flights of steep and narrow stairs from the street. With small cases we found it difficult to get them up the stairs without banging the walls, it would be tricky with a large suitcase. There is another flight of narrow stairs from the bedroom/bathroom level to the kitchen, then one double height step to the terrace. This was not a problem for us but could be difficult for anyone with limited mobility. Anna was really responsive and helpful with local suggestions and well spoken English.

Beautiful town and the villa was very local! Close to everything! Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking a challenge as small streets but a car park is very close. Great roof top terrace with sea views.

Silvia was a great host and her place was everything we hoped it would be! We loved her location and the feel of her place. Great experience and highly recommend, would definitely come back.

Rossellas house is located within walking distance (approx. 10 minutes) from Castro Maria. The house features two beedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and several terraces overlooking the see. When longing for a swim in the see you can go to Cala dell´Acquaviva which is a small but very lovely beach located just a few minutes from Rosellas house. At Cala dell´Acquaviva you find a kiosk and a very good restaurant. You can also go to Castro Marina where the old harbour has been turned into "swimming-area". Longing for more urban activites, you will reach Lecce be car in approx. 40 minutes.

The city is exciting and the accommodation allows you to walk through all the central points with tranquility at any time. Market next door, proximity to the center and a beautiful waterfront! We went by car to visit neighbouring cities and it was essential to rent the garage separately with Vito, it is almost impossible to park in the neighbourhood (the spaces are reserved for residents or non-existent). I emphasise that the house is a unique environment with a partition between bedroom and living room. Vito offers a special check-in and guides you on the main tours, restaurants and reservations.

Clean & well kept condo. Great communication & host. Parking can be a challenge.
