Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The Su Pardu property is located in the town of Capoterra, a few tens of minutes drive from all the most beautiful beaches in the area. In Capoterra you will find all the services and amenities you will need. Near the house there are supermarkets, stores, restaurants, bars and other services. La Maddalena beach is only a 5-minute drive away, as is Sa Cardiga and Su Schironi restaurant, one of the best in the area.
