Stone house surrounded by a luxuriant garden of olive trees. The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is the living area, with sofas (one "French" size sofa bed) and TV, separated from the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is a large double bedroom, with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom, a second double bedroom, a second bathroom and a small room with a single bed. Heating, but not air conditioning, is provided.

Ideal for couples or families looking for relaxation, our house is immersed in a silence of yesteryear. You are a 10-minute drive from Macerata and half an hour from the beaches. The space will be at your exclusive disposal. We have a Home Theater with HiFi system. A wood-burning oven is available upon request.

“A casa di Silvia” is the ideal place for a vacation full of culture, nature, relaxation and good food. Located in the historic center of Recanati, City of Poetry and Music, 200 meters from Casa Leopardi and 400 meters from Colle dell'Infinito. While enjoying the breeze and views of the hill, you can decide whether to reach the beaches of the Conero Riviera (20-minute drive) or hike the Sibillini Mountains (1-hour drive).
