First things first, Eva is a wonderful, attentive, proactive and friendly host (she gave us one of the best lists of recommendations for walks, hikes, markets etc.). She answered every single one of our questions (and there were many) immediately and gave us the info we needed. For example, we wanted to make a barbecue and we needed a brush to clean the grill - and then Eva's dad ended up getting us a whole new grill so we didn't have to clean (kudos Eva's dad). The backyard is breathtaking, the views, the little nook in front of the jacuzzi for morning coffee and breakfast etc. Kitchen was fully equipped and had an impressive amount of spices and cookware. Everything was top notch clean, really everything. We really loved our stay, would recommend to all of our friends (or gatekeep so we can come back)! p.s. there's a small cute local dog named Luna, she will greet you at some point as well :)

An absolutely fantastic stay in the mountains! The alpine hut in the Lesachtal exceeded all our expectations – surrounded by beautiful nature, with hiking trails right outside the door and numerous birds of prey, alpine jackdaws, alpine swifts and even vultures that we could observe. The hut itself is authentic, cosy and very clean – equipped with everything you need on an alpine pasture: a gas kitchen, a wood-burning stove and a very special flair. The jacuzzi at 1600 m altitude was a unique experience! Barbecuing with a view of the mountains was also unforgettable. Friendly cows grazed in the area and the fresh mountain spring water right by the house rounded off the natural experience. Madlyn was very friendly and explained everything we needed to know for our stay. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. A clear recommendation for all those who seek peace, nature and originality!

What a beautiful oasis with style and a sense of the special has been created. The house, the surroundings, the interior design all stylish and very tasteful. We were there as a family of five and the children especially enjoyed the whirlpool. Matjaz welcomed us very nicely and explained everything. Listening to the birdsong in the warm whirlpool in the early morning... there was nothing more beautiful. The lake, which is close to the foot, was great for the children and Ljubljana is also very good to reach in 30 minutes. We would come again and again and can recommend the accommodation with all our hearts. A true paradise in the Slovenian countryside.

The little cottage in the national park was great! We felt very comfortable. The sauna and the wooden barrel on the terrace were significantly larger than we thought, which made us very happy. Tadej is a super warm host and was easy to reach. The location is great, we were able to do a lot.

The host was great, he was very polite and was ready to adapt to our needs. The house was very cozy and beautiful. The location is great if you are planing to travel by car otherwise it is quite remote.

Actually, you could describe the accommodation as 2-3 residential units, because the bedrooms were spread over 3 levels. So you also enjoy a lot of privacy in group. Everything was very clean, kitchen well equipped. The only point that would be in need of improvement is a shower next to the sauna. For this you had to go back into the house and either go up or down a floor. But as I said, it is only a suggestion. Thanks for everything.

A great house with a wonderful terrace and a wonderful view. Tom is a very generous host. There is enough of everything and you can use and consume everything freely. Our big dog also felt very comfortable, only the stairs were too narrow and steep for him, but that was not too bad. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday and would love to come back.

We were a group of four at the alpine hut for a week and loved its location and amenities! Everything worked as described by Hansi & Elke, their compiled information about the hut and activities in the surrounding area were perfect, both were always immediately available for inquiries and extremely friendly. A special highlight was the south-facing terrace with its incredible panoramic views. The cottage was equipped with all the things you need and fully corresponded to the description and photos. We can only recommend the stay in the authentic and very cozy accommodation and wish Hansi & Elke all the best!

We were looking for a cosy mountain hut and found exactly that: a wonderful cottage with plenty of space, loving furnishings and great beds. The kitchen equipment also leaves nothing to be desired! The location and the view are literally outstanding. It doesn't get any better!

Our stay at this cabin was just amazing! Everything was sparkling clean and very well maintained. We were particularly impressed by the kitchen, which really left nothing to be desired. There was everything you need for cooking, from pots and pans to dishes to useful little things. For cozy evenings, in case the weather doesn't play along, there was a great selection of games. So there was no boredom! Another highlight was the extensive barbecue equipment. There was everything you need for a successful barbecue evening: coal, lighter and even a barbecue tongs. It made planning really easy. We highly recommend this cabin and would be happy to come back!

Perfect location for visiting relatives in the area and sightseeing at Radovljica, Bled castle, Kranj, and rafting on the Sava river. The cabin was unique and comfortable (with very comfortable mattresses and a heated bathroom floor!). Welcoming host with great communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We spent five marvellous days immersed in pure nature. It's a great spot for lot of sport activities whether you're a beginner or a professional. The cabin is well equipped and has basically everything you need. It's very cosy, nicely decorated and you feel like you're at home. The host has always been available, friendly and helpful. We'll surely be coming back.

The cabin is easy to find if you follow the GPS point from Airbnb. Checkin is at the main house of the family, and they will guide you to the cabin. They are very welcoming and friendly and whenever we saw them they offered a coffee or a Schnaps. They messaged us the day of our arrival, asking for the time of arrival, and again before we checked out, as they are one of those hosts that really care and like to be there in person. The cabin is exactly like on the pictures and is a few meters from the village. The cabin is shaded until late in the morning and from early evening, which is a real blessing in summer as you can always sit outside and wont get too hot. Especially the kitchen was very well equipped which made cooking super convenient. And they do provide the basics like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee and flour. The grill is a gas grill (gas bottle is provided) and is located outside under the patio where you can also sit and eat. We really enjoyed our stay!

Staying at LUKEZ PLATZ in Slovenia was absolutely perfect! Everything was above our expectations – the space was extremely clean, tidy and carefully maintained. The location and surroundings are fantastic – a quiet and pleasant atmosphere, ideal for relaxation, and at the same time close enough to everything we needed. We especially appreciated the privacy we had throughout our stay, which further contributed to the feeling of comfort and rest. What particularly delighted us is the fact that the accommodation looks exactly like in the pictures – modern, tidy and with a lot of style.

For any questions in advance of our vacation, I always got quick and helpful answers from the landlord . The accommodation is as described. We were also able to use the fully equipped kitchen (electrical appliances,dishes,...)for breakfast (the bakery is less than 10 minutes away by bike). Only one should be aware that the upper floor of the house heats up on sunny days due to the beautiful large glass areas (cooling is only possible in the evening hours. The highlight was certainly the "private bathing area" in the back of the garden. The beach, Minimundus,stadium and the center of Klagenfurt (via the Lend Canal)are easily accessible by bike. We could very well imagine vacationing in this beautiful accommodation again !

This place is truly the gem of Slovenia. I don't know which I could praise more, the home or the host. The house and surrounding area has everything you could possibly want and Žan, the host, really did a great job with providing guides and giving tips. The nature is exquisite, the air incredibly clean, the water clear and delicious - you feel healthier the moment you step foot here. There was obviously so much thought put into kitting out this home and Žan was an incredibly caring host that was in constant communication with us, ready to help and get us out of binds. Truly a great person to have when in a new country or region. We all loved every moment we spent here. As other guests mentioned the roads up to the house are not for the faint of heart, so please be careful. The beds were also hard on our backs so something to consider for guests with backpain, but with everything being cared for and regularly updated I'm sure the beds will also get an upgrade soon. Truly a 10/10!
