Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Villa Rosa

Marina and Loly were absolutely the best hosts! They were incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. The house itself was even better than the photos—beautiful, clean, and full of thoughtful touches. Loly recommended a cheese store near the house, 100% worth to visit. Also, I would like to add that the check-in and out was really smooth, they were on time on both times. Thank you and hoping to go back soon!

Pasamos una gran estadía en familia, el lugar es tal cual se ve en las fotos, está equipado con todo lo que necesita una familia. Fueron flexible con el ingreso y la salida, la comunicación fue excelente. Claro que volveremos y recomendaremos el alojamiento.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The property is spacious, with a large garden and a great pool—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and feel at home, making it ideal for a peaceful getaway. At the same time, it's conveniently located just a short drive from the town, where you can easily find groceries and other essentials. Cristina, the host, was very responsive and answered all our questions quickly, which made everything even easier. Highly recommend

The house is beautiful and the stay was very comfortable! They do not provide sheets or towels which i found interesting but other than that it was great. They are great at communicating and checked in often! I would return again

This spacious home had everything we needed as a family of three. We were also able to use the private parking, even though we have a larger vehicle. Laura and her husband were very helpful and responsive with everything we needed. It was a quiet and secure place to rest.

Pablo's house is ideal for relaxation and escape from the bustle of the city. There is everything you need, a barbecue area, a terrace, a fireplace and what is very important for my family, clean water from a spring without chlorine. Pablo is always in touch and does everything to make our stay carefree. We will definitely come back again.

Fuimos tres días con mi novia y la pasamos muy bien. Descansamos, cocinamos y fuimos a andar en kayak. Recomendado.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Las camas cómodas. Bien equipado. Volvería sin dudarlo. Muy céntrico y rodeado de lugares para desayunar y almorzar/cenar.

La cupola is truly such a magical and special place! We absolutely loved staying there. We opted to pay for the asado on the roof and it was one of the best meals of our lives! Everything was clean and in working order. The cleanings were very much appreciated as well. The neighborhood is awesome with lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes to explore. The hosts were so communicative and helpful! It is a LOT of stairs, which are totally worth it and we got used to quickly, but wouldn’t be accessible if you aren’t good with taking stairs. Overall we can’t recommend enough- thank you so much!

Apartamento muito bem localizado, limpo, claro, itens da cozinha completos, boas roupas de cama, o carinho nos itens de banho, bom preço,mas como uma cidade turística BA, não tem pechincha, ressalto a presteza, atenção da equipe Homely Joy e espero que os aproveitem muito,BA. Embaixo do prédio tem uma loja de empanadas maravilhosa.

Excelente comunicación y reactividad de Germán y su papá. Estuvieron siempre al pendiente de lo que necesitábamos. La ubicación es excelente, departamento muy tranquilo. El edificio está muy bien cuidado y es súper seguro. Muchísimos comercios cerca. Gracias!

We had a fantastic three-month stay! The apartment is a perfect mix of historic elements and modern convenience. All the appliances are modern and new (kitchen appliances, washer, dishwasher); the design is appealing; the historic charm is preserved. From the balconies, there is a beautiful view- and often you can see marches, parades, and markets. Some reviewers talked about the noise, but we found it loud only during those marches/parades, and the only places that are loud are the living room and office. In the bedrooms it’s quiet and peaceful. Wifi speed was excellent and there were no interruptions. The neighborhood is lively and there is lots to explore. The hosts are terrific. We hope to be back!

El lugar es maravilloso! Pasamos una hermosa estancia rodeados de mucha armonía y paz. La casa es hermosa y está impecable, limpieza 11 de 10, además con todo lo necesario y con muchos detalles que hacen que durante la estancia tengas todo lo que necesitas. Mariela y Cristian han sido muy atentos y cordiales en todo momento. Gracias por estos hermosos días de descanso. Cariños.

La casa está súper bien ubicada, es sumamente amplia y las áreas sociales como sala y comedor son muy acogedoras. Es una casa antigua y como tal hay que verla, pero vale la pena por los espacios y la cantidad de habitaciones es. Mejorando un par de cosas quedaría de lujo. Candela me respondió cada vez que le escribía y nos ayudó muchísimo en todo. Atención 10!

La casa es divina!!! muy grande y cómoda, ambientes espaciosos, patio y pileta muy grandes, todo en general excelente y muy cómodo. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Disfrutamos la casa, el patio y la pileta en familia y pasamos unos días hermosos. La casa es tal cual las fotos y la descripción y agradezco a Federico y su esposa por su calidez, amabilidad y predisposición. Realmente es una casa divina y nos encantó alojarnos ahí con mi familia. No tuvimos ningún tipo de inconveniente. La zona es muy tranquila. Voy a recomendar este alojamiento y si tengo oportunidad voy a volver.

La casa de Trini y Fran es hermosa. Se nota el amor que le ponen y ambos son excelentes anfitriones. Contestaron todas nuestras inquietudes y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. El barrio cerrado es super tranquilo, tiene vigilancia y se puede recorrer a pie. Tiene una preciosa arboleda. Mi lugar preferido fue la galería externa. Me pase todos los días ahi comiendo y metiéndome en la pileta! Super recomendado!! Vamos a volver. Muchas gracias por recibirnos!

La casa es preciosa, amplia, muy bien calefaccionada, el agua caliente funciona muy bien y permite que más de una ducha esté en uso a la vez. Hay un cuarto de servicio con baño que me parece no está tb las fotos, y se puede usar y está impecable también. La única recomendación si necesitan oscuridad para dormir es llevar antifaces porque las cortinas son finitas y al amanecer pega el sol en todos los cuartos. Los anfitriones son muy amables y están al pendiente, ya estamos planeado volver con un clima que nos permita aprovechar la pileta y el jardín que son preciosos.

What an amazing place. We had a great weekend. By far, this is one of the most memorable experiences in Argentina during the 4 months that I've been here. I'd say it's probably impossible not to fall in love with this place. Magical.
