Just 10 minutes from the Square and the SE Quilt and Textile Museum, 15 minutes from UWG and WGTC, and 45 minutes from Atlanta, the cottage is the sweet spot. With 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, one full bathroom, and a spacious living room and kitchen, the cottage is so homey! The front porch, rear deck, and yard space allow you to chill, grill, and enjoy the great outdoors.

Couples can escape to this serene hideaway, enjoying their own private cottage. Experience nature with your own campfire, or take a refreshing swim in the heated pool and relax in the hot tub. Come, relax at the lake. The setting is secluded lakefront mobile home on 1 Acre of land. A large screened-in porch (24x16) overlooking the lake invites intimate conversations, fishing and some enjoyable time on the water. Paddle boat or Jon-boat is available (with notice) Tumlin lake is the City water supply so water is clean. No Motorized water-craft allowed on lake. Only sail and paddle craft permitted. Our cottage is a private, quiet pet friendly retreat. This is very nice, safe family neighborhood. There are still farms up the street and great walking and hiking trails in the area. Minutes from great shopping and dining at the Avenue of West Cobb. Also about 12 minutes from the Marietta Square, also great for dining, shopping and historical tours. Atlanta is about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.
