Throughout the summer, Barga comes alive with many typical food fairs, music festivals and art exhibitions. The house is set within olive groves, fruit trees, and forests, with stunning views all around. The garden is perfect for dining 'al fresco' and enjoy the view and sound of the bells of its majestic cathedral. Barga is only 40 mins from Lucca, 50 from Pisa and 90 from Florence. The Metato

Renovated ancient barn that is part of a 17th-century house, consisting of a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and mezzanine bedroom, with a parking space in a closed courtyard. The rooms are small but very cozy, can comfortably accommodate 2 people + possibly 1 person (double sofa bed). The property is located in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, 15 km from the Pietra di Bismantova, 2 km from the swimming pool and the castle of Carpineti, surrounded by numerous nature trails.
