It's a very well located place. There are shops a 5-minute walk away. Building employees are very kind (as well as locals).

Sergio and Annie are very professional and kind hosts, you can expect warm welcome. They are able to answer questions and are helpful hosts, you will feel almost like at home. You will meet also two very friendly dogs (no worries they are almost quiet during night) The apartment is located close to restaurants and bars in good neighbourhood. The apartment is as on pictures, the amenities works fine and wifi is workable also for video calls.

The apartment is very comfortable. Very good, you could work very well online. The garage is wide so that you can enter a large comionta without a problem. Raquel was quick to respond to an order I made. I would definitely rent it again on another trip to ASUNCION.
