My stay at this Airbnb was simply unbeatable. From the moment we arrived, the facilities exceeded our expectations: everything was impeccable, modern and with luxurious finishes that really make you feel like you're in a special place. Every detail was carefully taken care of, from the decoration to the comfort of each space. But what really made the difference was the attention of the residential staff. Not only were they friendly and professional, but they were always available to help us with any need. They gave us local recommendations, assisted us with reservations, and even took the time to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. This place undoubtedly combines the best of high-end accommodation with the warmth of personalised service. I would definitely recommend it to those looking for a complete, first-class experience.

Definitely one of my best experiences in the app. A really beautiful and comfortable house with everything you need for a spectacular stay. The pool is the best, it really is at a temperature that makes you enjoy it day and night. No solar panels that really don't work, the water here is delicious. Hipólito, who welcomes you, is simply spectacular with his attention. We won't hesitate to come back with the whole family.

Excellent accommodation, but the only detail is that the water from the shower is out or boiling or cold, without midpoint. From there out the area was perfect for us, shops and self-services nearby and the description and photos matched the reality

Beautiful spacious home. Unfortunately we weren’t able to get the jacuzzi to heat up but still enjoyed the cold water in the Mexico heat. Two of the days the bedroom next to the kitchen didn’t have hot water in the shower. Beds were comfortable. Overall we enjoyed the stayed since it was in a perfect location.

We didn’t know much about Villas Xichu when we booked it — it just seemed to be a convenient and reasonably priced higher-end accommodation. But Gloria was extremely friendly and communicative from the word “go”, checking in with us frequently as our stay approached. When we finally arrived (while Gloria herself was abroad), the staff welcomed us right away, and we were very pleasantly surprised to learn we had been upgraded to the nuptial suite. This was a significant upgrade to a beautiful apartment with a stunning view of SMA, amazing decor and many thoughtful amenities. Gloria continued to check in how we were finding things, made us feel right at home and part of the Villas Xichu family! I heartily recommend and can’t wait to return!

The place is like the description, the location is incredible, you can walk to the center of Tequisquiapan, a nice and beautiful place.

The host is very accessible and easy to locate, always attentive and willing to support at all times. The house is perfect to enjoy as a family; we were my wife, my two children, my parents and I, and we were super comfortable. What we enjoyed the most was the outdoor area: the garden is spotless, we play badminton, we have breakfast at the table with umbrella, and most of the time we spend it in the heated jacuzzi and the pool, which is kept at a very nice temperature of 24°C. Definitely an experience we would love to repeat!

Beautiful place, it's our third time and it's just our favorite place! Super quiet, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Jacuzzi and how beautiful the accommodation is, the chalupas nearby are delicious, everything is very close and our kitten enjoyed her stay a lot, running and exploring everything, highly recommended if you go with your pets. Eva and Edgar are the best, always attentive, answering very quickly, literally they always make us feel at home, thank you very much for everything, we will return soon to disconnect from the city again!

It was a super nice stay, a few minutes from the trout forest. The hosts are a gem and the place is very nice. 100% recommended. We will definitely be back.
