We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the location. Hotel is just between the downtown area and the university area. In the university area are a ton of great restaurants. The buffet breakfast in hotel itself was actually good and they offer room service (which we didn't use). Apartment itself the bathroom floor was not clean. There is traffic noise but I slept fine with ear plugs. Hotel is dated but we were fine with all, price was fair
