His house is excellent, clean, tidy, with everything you need to spend an unbeatable stay, highly recommended to spend one or more days in the best place in Carlos Paz. I'd come back many times, you feel at home. We had a great time with my friends, everyone was very happy. There is absolutely nothing missing, there are plenty of things, from utensils, kitchen items, games, bedding, etc, etc...but you can't ask for more, on the contrary! Highly recommended!

We had a great stay in Raul's apartment, very well located, clean, large and with all the amenities announced, internet, tv, full kitchen, very close to restaurants, bars, shops and everything else. Raul's Service was fast and always attentive in everything . I recommend it.

Excellent stay, Sebastian was super friendly and attentive, he adjusted the check-in to my schedule, the apartment was impeccable, tidy and clean, the area is nice and close to Nuevocentro Shopping and several restaurants and shops. It also has a beautiful balcony where every morning it receives the sun. I definitely recommend it to everyone and I would gladly stay again the next time I return to Cordoba, an 11 out of 10.

The apartment is as shown in the photos, everything was correct. The hosts' attention was precise, which made communication very easy. The location is excellent for walking the streets of Nueva Córdoba.

The dimensions are small, although we were very comfortable. I would recommend short stays for 4 people, and 2 could be longer stays without any problem. The apartment is modern, well-equipped, warm and comfortable. The location is unbeatable, close to everything and as 3w is opposite, you don't hear street noise.
