We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups as well as being very well located and has everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and welcomed us to check in, and we even arranged a late check out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

Great building great location

I had a wonderful stay at Lucas’ apartment. It is located in a great neighbourhood of Buenos Aires - many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The apartment itself is clean, modern and well-kept. It had all I needed for a memorable stay. I will definitely return to Lucas’ apartment the next time I am in Buenos Aires.

The apartment is very nice, cozy, and functional. The building is very nice and the area, in my opinion, is one of the most beautiful residential areas in the city, with the right balance between tranquility and nice places to eat and walk. Adriana was always attentive and was very cordial. I'll definitely be back on my next trips to Buenos Aires.

The accommodation was wonderful, the environment is air-conditioned, there is air conditioning and a thermometer in the entire environment, the floor heats and heats the entire apartment. It is well furnished, the furniture and utensils are all of quality. They provide clean, fragrant and quality towels and bed linen. The building has a laundry room and sauna that, when needed, was promptly attended to by the hosts, they were always available and always extremely friendly and attentive, they were clear and precise from the entrance to the exit. Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Please note that there are 4 floors without a lift, which makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!

Very nice and functional apartment with great views of the city. It was nice that the basic things like cooking oil and salt an pepper was in the kitchen to be able to cook the first meal. Micaela was very friendly and available through the whole stay. Would definitely return.
