Our house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms (one en-suite), a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a balcony overlooking the Los Gigantes mountains, a wood-burning fireplace and heaters, a swimming pool, air conditioning, and fans.

My place is by the lake, walking distance to downtown Carlos Paz, stores, restaurants and family-friendly activities (7 blocks) . You’ll love my place for its spacious rooms, its privacy, light and ambiance and direct access to the lake. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It is a great place to rest, to admire the view, to entertain, to barbecue and to enjoy the outdoor. The first floor has 3 rooms for entertaining plus 2 porches to enjoy the view. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 2 bath

Excellent property with incredible lake views

Excellent property, very spacious and comfortable, ideal for a family vacation! The house will fit up to 10 people. It has 4 bedrooms: 2 with double bed (one en suite) and two with beds. The master bedroom has an excellent lake view. It has two central air conditioners (bedrooms and daily dining room) , splits in master bedroom and dining room. There are 4 bathrooms in the house, of which 2 are with showers. Separated from the house is the pool room with bathroom and split.
