Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

The Metato

Renovated ancient barn that is part of a 17th-century house, consisting of a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and mezzanine bedroom, with a parking space in a closed courtyard. The rooms are small but very cozy, can comfortably accommodate 2 people + possibly 1 person (double sofa bed). The property is located in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, 15 km from the Pietra di Bismantova, 2 km from the swimming pool and the castle of Carpineti, surrounded by numerous nature trails.

We are happy to host your dogs as well, with a large private fenced green area at their disposal. We are located on the Via Matildica del Volto Santo, a few kilometres from Canossa.

The old Ferretti farm is now a cosy holiday home in the countryside. L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two self-contained apartments, is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms (5th optional), 2 bathrooms and a separate entrance. It is ideal for families or groups, who want to stay little under the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large equipped garden.

Perched on top of a hill in the countryside between Bologna and Modena, this lodge is a great location for exploring the area. It's a peaceful place, with panoramic views and the convenience of having excellent local restaurants (& wine makers) nearby.
