The elegant and bright apartment consists of an entrance to a large living room, a spacious kitchen complete with appliances, and a comfortable bedroom with access to the recently renovated bathroom. The apartment is completed by two beautiful balconies overlooking the historic center and a cozy terrace overlooking the internal courtyard, ideal for spending relaxing moments overlooking the Sangiuliani Castle.

We are situated in a very quiet area ,5 min. far from Ottobiano Motocross Traks and 15min. far from Dorno Motocross Traks. Ours is a spacious, two-storey apartment with the entrance on the ground floor and located in a private courtyard, WI-Fi provided. There's a large Parking lot in front of the entrance. In addition to the motocross tracks , from our place you can easily reach the cities of Milan, Pavia and Alessandria.
