Habitable all year round, the chalet is COOL in summer and enveloped by the HEAT of the wood-burning stove in the colder seasons. The chalet can be reached by an old mule track.

Independent apartment on the first floor, very bright, with a loggia entrance, living room with equipped kitchenette (plates, cutlery, pots, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine), hallway with wardrobe, large bedroom with double bed, single sofa bed and a charming vaulted ceiling, and bathroom with shower. There is a large storage space on the ground floor for bicycles and sports equipment. There is no garden.
