Large and cosy 75 m2 apartment with spectacular pool overlooking Barcelona and the Mediterranean sea. The apartment belongs to a beautiful 1912 building in a charming neighborhood of Barcelona. We are extremely well communicated by public transportation. The apartment is at a 10 meter distance from the funicular station and it takes 25 minutes to reach the heart of Barcelona i.e. the Plaza de Cataluña.. Frequency: every 6 minutes during labour days. 10 minutes on Sundays. A Taxi drive home at night depending on where you are, should not exceed 20 €. The apartment has one large bedroom with two queen size beds (120x190 cm). and a double sofa bed in the living area . 40 m2 living area, couch, sat flat TV, bathroom with very large shower, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron board, etc. Free WIFI. You can control your central heating. We do not need A/C even in the hottest summer, but we have it. We are at 360 m. high. Everything is comfortable, cosy and elegant. There is a confortable sofa bed in the living area, which is transformed in a 140x200 cm. double bed with sheets From the living room area you access a 50m2 terrace with an incredible infinity pool overlooking Barcelona, the Mediterranean Sea, and a dense pinewood forest. The views are truly priceless. The pool area is private for the registered guests. Also, a private lift wich goes straight into your apartment is at your disposal. Bed linen, swimming pool towels and cleaning essentials are also supplied. We always parked in the adjacent streets without any problems. Supermarket and local restaurants are at 200 m distance. You can also go for beautiful walks in the surrounding natural park or discovering the charming modernist neighbourhood of Vallvidrera. All in all, this is the perfect apartment for couples looking to escape the vibrant city life but knowing that they can be there in a blink of an eye. Ideal also for families with up to 2 kids. Our little house is cozy and ideal to enjoy life in a small beach town. It is located in the center of Vilanova a few minutes from the promenade, the train station. Supermarkets, stores and restaurants nearby and 15 minutes walk from the beach. It has a living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two overlooking the garden and another is inside but all are well ventilated and rests very well in them), bathroom, laundry room, toilet, terrace, parking and private garden.

NovaVila Cubelles Beach & Mountain

NovaVila is a bright house in the coastal town of Cubelles, in the province of Barcelona. Here you can relax, barbecue, enjoy the garden, hike and even go to the beach. Located between the sea and the Sierra del Garraf Natural Park, it has a large garden that receives sunlight all day long. Its location allows you to visit both by car and train the entire Catalan coast both in the direction of Barcelona and Tarragona. It is recommended to come by car, free parking

Real vintage loft in downtown.

The loft, exactly in the city center, was renovated in a vintage industrial style in an 1880s building. It has a day area where the living room with balcony is located, a very sunny dining room and a complete kitchen with an authentic artisanal bar from the year 1660. The night area; with double bed, bathroom, work area and access to the chill terrace, a great place to relax at night before going to sleep after having enjoyed a great day at the beach!!

It is in a perfect location for your vacation: next to the train, bus and taxi station, 200 meters from the beach and a 5-minute walk to downtown, the old town and shopping area. In Vilanova i la Geltrú we have miles of beaches, a center full of shops and with all the amenities, museums, good national and international cuisine, and also nature.

The space is very suggestive as there are different textures, different heights and materials, both modern and old. The apartment consists of an open space where we find a living room with kitchen and living room and a space for the bedroom. The bathroom is the only part of the apartment that is closed.
