El Gresol. Nature and relaxation in a micro-village

El Gresol is a rural mountain village house, featuring 3 floors and a large private garden. It is located in Senan (Tarragona) 80 minutes from Barcelona airport and 45 minutes from the beach. Next to the "Poblet Monastery" and "Vallbona de les Monges". The village of Senan is one of the 5 smallest villages in Catalonia where peace and nature are our main allies. The environment favors an ideal disconnection, perfect for getting away from the busy city life.

Real vintage loft in downtown.

The loft, exactly in the city center, was renovated in a vintage industrial style in an 1880s building. It has a day area where the living room with balcony is located, a very sunny dining room and a complete kitchen with an authentic artisanal bar from the year 1660. The night area; with double bed, bathroom, work area and access to the chill terrace, a great place to relax at night before going to sleep after having enjoyed a great day at the beach!!

A quiet place very close to the beaches, promenade, Renfe, market, supermarkets, shops, town center, etc. You don't need the car at all. 5' walk to Grand Marina, 5' to Pendennis Vilanova, 10' to the train station to go to Barcelona, airport, etc. And you can walk to Sitges along the coast between pines and coves to take a swim, very nice!

The space is very suggestive as there are different textures, different heights and materials, both modern and old. The apartment consists of an open space where we find a living room with kitchen and living room and a space for the bedroom. The bathroom is the only part of the apartment that is closed.
