The house is located on our family property so while the house and patio are private, guests should expect to see family members and ducks in the yard.

SMALL HOME

From its perch, 100 meters to the Indian ocean you can take in the whole bay as your eye is drawn to Bazaruto's trio of islands in the distance – the best view in Vilanculos. After a two-year long term rental, the property has once again become available to stay (June 2025). The 5 bedroom house benefits from the sea breeze that channels its way through the bay ensuring you stay cool even through the hottest of Mozambican summers.

Garden House

A beautiful comfortable, airy home with a splash pool situated on a patio surrounded by a tropical garden filled with interesting birdlife and plenty of shady spots. Perfect for spending time in tranquil surroundings when you tire of the beach. We offer a safe parking space, 24-hour solar electricity, uncapped WiFi, and cooling. The 110m shared footpath to the beach meanders through huge Baobab trees, planted by inland African traders doing business with Arab boatmen dating back to 400 AD.

Beach Villa

Beach Villa is approximately 4 km from Villankulos. At the bottom of the garden is a private gate for beach access. Beach Villa is in a private secure estate of 14 houses with security, and Estate Manager Mel is available to answer any questions during your stay. Only a 15 minute drive from the airport, the house is fully equipped for 11 people. All rooms are en-suite with mosquito nets and air conditioned with high speed Wi-fi. Generator backup to run the whole house.

Villa Felicidade is a beautiful private beach home with direct beach access and breath-taking views of the Bazaruto Archipelago. The house is spacious with 4 en-suite, air-conditioned bedrooms, which sleeps 9 people, and a large living area extending directly onto the deck and a pool. Although the house is self-catering, it has a chef to cook for you and is fully serviced on a daily basis; it has wi-fi (Starlink) and TV.
