You will enjoy a sunny, spacious and cozy duplex, just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, in a central and quiet area of Milfontes. The house has 130 square meters divided by: on the 2nd floor, living room with fireplace, working table and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies (one with bbq and sea view); on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (one with balcony), and 1 bathroom. Comfortable for 4 adults, we may add 1 extra bed. The house may not be suitable for children (stairs).

The house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and we have a baby travel crib. The kitchen is equipped and the living room with fireplace has a sofa bed. We have a very nice little backyard with trees and a dining table.
