Holiday rentals with a pool in Vila Nova de Milfontes

We had a wonderful time in Vale da Tehla and sincerely thank Mariana for her hospitality and great service! She went out of her way to give us the most beautiful time at every moment! We were in the house with our young children and enjoyed the large living and dining area very much. The kitchen is beautiful and the rooms have large closets. Thank you Mariana for the great time!

Unique house in an amazing environment. We enjoyed the beautiful architecture and the closeness to nature. It is like living half outside. The patio always has a spot of shadow to enjoy. The salt water pool is amazing, especially with kids. Communication has always been prompt, friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Monica’s house! Thank you.

A Perfect Family Getaway in Lagos! We recently spent a week at this beautiful villa in Lagos with our family, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and immaculately clean the property was. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, whether inside the villa or out by the pool. The highlight for us was definitely the pool area—it offered a stunning view that made every morning coffee and evening swim feel like a luxury experience. The outdoor space was peaceful and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. Ursula, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Her warm hospitality really added to the experience. The location was great too—quiet and private, yet just a short drive from the beaches and town centre. We felt completely at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Casa de Bandeira is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed at. Didn't really know what to expect from Albufeira and it is a bit "lively" with bars etc. in town but this place is a complete oasis. Totally near enough for an easy walk to varied bars and restaurants in five minutes, but very quiet once inside. I'm sure it's easy enough to drive or Uber to supermarkets but there is a Spar a five minute walk away which is small but generally well stocked for convenience. The villa is just beautiful, spotless on arrival and cleaned every other day. Comfortable beds, nice linen and towels. Bathrobes and slippers provided. It is really spacious and you definitely do not feel on top of each other. The absolute piece de resistance though is the rooftop. Equipped with a small fridge, shower and toilet, it is an amazing place to spend the day and/or evening. Originally we decided not to heat the pool (May) but once we decided to do so, we spent hours in there. Thank you so much, we will be back!

We had a good time at Joanna's place. There was a great view, the location was great with beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation and furnishings are quite simple, but the overall concept was very consistent. We particularly liked the terrace with a small pool and direct access from the almost fully glazed living room.

Marco's accommodation was really great. 9/10 points - why: I thought, according to the photos, that it was the neighbouring house with a pool. We were on the first floor and actually I prefer accommodation on the ground floor with my 5-year-old son, which was unfortunately not quite clear. Top was: not even 5 minutes walk to the beach, great restaurants on the beach, expensive supermarket just around the corner. The apartment is super clean and the kitchen has everything you absolutely need for self-catering but nothing more, no pasta strainer and no lemon squeezer, for example. Tableware also minimal in terms of quantity (6 glasses). Marco and his mom are super nice and helpful at check-in, furthermore we did not need them, as it was not our first Portugal holiday. Price-performance with pool top - you can't rule anything out. Portimão is a great location, 50 minutes by car from Faro Airport and 30 minutes from Lagos. Best wishes, Jessica & Family.

Fabulous place for a family. Great experience from start to end. Clear instructions. Super clean, spacious and bright. The location is great - a 2.minute walk to our excursion (kayaking), and a 5-minute walk to the boardwalk that leads to the city center! Beaches are about a 5-minute drive!

Fabulous location! Beach, amazing boardwalk, and town very near, just lots of stairs! But that is beautiful Portugal! Views from porch were fantastic; everything you needed was in the kitchen and it was a very welcoming place. We didn’t use the pool, but it is a good size and well maintained. Master shower is a bit tight, but a big beautiful bath is 5 steps away, so really no big deal. I would definitely book here again if the opportunity arises!

Super cozy, clean, and well kept apartment! Great proximity to beaches and sites. They do a great job communicating and making sure you have everything you need. Parking can be tough to find at night as it is a busy apartment complex, but not the host’s fault at all and we still had a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kasia's place. Kasia was extremely helpful with providing us with invaluable information regarding things to do and places to go whilst in Lagos. We would definitely stay there again.

Delighted: location & pool and view from the balcony (very private). Bolt from train / town €3-5. Apartment is basic, outdoor furniture looks new. Marcos & Elaine take pride & care of the apartment . Elaine baked Pastel de Nata, truly the best I’ve had to date in Portugal. The only frustration, advertising a coffee maker, and not say it requires “special sized coffee pods” or where to get them. I specifically asked at check in about the pods, Marcos agreed they were there, neither one of us looked in the box. An hour later, noticed only a few pods & I messaged Marco showing him a photo & he said that was all they provide for the Welcome Gift, no advice of “how or where” to get more pods. This is very disappointing, advertisement with photo of a proper coffee maker for the duration of paid stay yet guest can’t use the coffee maker the entire stay. Also saying that there is “Instant” coffee provided is not acceptable. Restaurant downstairs has real coffee, felt like being at a hotel.

We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful peaceful location. It is exactly how it is described and more. So much space and everything you need. The view is stunning - and lots of chairs/loungers to sit on to enjoy it. We knew Carolina was there if we needed her - but we didnt as everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this home and would love to return.

excellent property, very spacious with plenty of storage (built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms with hangers), well-equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean. we had 5 adults and 2 children- aged 6 and 21 months in our group. Owner erected a fence when we arrived to protect the children from the pool. Pool spotlessly clean. Plenty of shade provided around the villa with the covered terrace. Very peaceful area - road out of villa very narrow no room for 2 cars to meet. Would have been helpful if exact directions to the villa had been provided as sat nav took us to the back entrance thankfully the owner was in attendance and directed us to the main entrance (green gate). He kindly brought us delicious figs, melons and tomatoes from his surrounding property throughout our stay. One negative point was that when all the rings on the hob were being used, the electricity went off. info manual would have been useful for the house and area inc recommendations for restaurants etc. Car essential.

Incredible stay in this beautiful villa hosted by Wilson. We had such an amazing time! The view is simply magnificent, there is plenty of room and seating areas to enjoy it every minute of the day. We had the pool heated and it was totally worth it. Note if you are travelling with kids, there is a small separated part of the pool that is PERFECT for toddlers. Wilson was such a great host, starting from the Booking. He gave us plenty of suggestions and tips to make the most out of our stay and he welcomed us with a welcome basket which was much appreciated as we just arrived from our night flight. Everything was super clean and there was even everything you need to enjoy the pool and the beach with kids. Don’t look further, if you have a car, this villa is the best base to explore the Algarve. We would happily come back!

Absolutely idyllic! Our stay at this Airbnb was perfect, especially with our 1-year-old. The host thoughtfully provided so many essentials, including a high chair, cot, and even a baby bath, which made our trip incredibly easy and comfortable. The place itself is just beautiful. We loved the peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The grassy area was fantastic, and the pool was surprisingly bigger than we anticipated, offering plenty of space to relax. With loungers available both upstairs and down, there were always comfortable spots to unwind. Having a car was definitely a bonus for exploring, as everything we needed was literally just 5 to 10 minutes away. While you could walk to some places, a car made getting around super convenient. It was also very easy to get to from Faro Airport. We couldn't have asked for a better, more relaxing, and truly idyllic getaway!

We had a wonderful holiday, a much needed peaceful and enjoyable time. The house was well situated, not overlooked at all. This meant that we could enjoy the pool whenever we wanted. My (older) kids absolutely loved it and have insisted ‘our next holiday cannot be in a hotel’. We hired a car so we did lots of exploring. The Intermarché supermarket was fantastic but there is also a well stocked Spar shop a walk away. The house was very clean and tidy, the kitchen had plenty of equipment, including a dishwasher and a large fridge. It isn’t shiny and overly modern but that simply added to the charm. I highly recommend it.

We stayed here as a family with my mother and father in law also. So much of space for the 6 of us. The games room was a great place to spend the evenings playing pool and darts. The swimming pool and outdoor space was fabulous. The kids were rarely out of the pool and loved the paddle board that was available for them to uses. Kids also loved picking grapefruits for breakfast and lemons for our drinks. Slightly issue with one of the toilets being out of order and the water going off (due to nearby construction) but host had forewarned us this may occur. We had a lovely family holiday.

This place was amazing! Beautiful pool, walk to the ocean and amazing beaches. lots of room inside and out. some negatives are the beds are very FIRM! No dishwasher pucks were left, 3 tiny bars of soap, 3 tiny containers for dish washing. Also no extra toilet paper. It really goes a long way to supply the little things, ei hand soap, dish soap, and pucks for dishwasher,extra toilet paper! Maybe paper towels. More than 1 tea towel would have been good also.
