Loved our stay at the Airbnb, it was very peaceful and quiet. Whenever, we went into the city, it was always refreshing to come back to serenity given the bustling nature of the city. The location is about a 16 mins ride to the center and 12 mins to the beach area (use bolt, it’s cheaper in Porto). Hugo was so accommodating and hospitable, we are so grateful as he made our trip better!. Upon arrival at the Airbnb, he had been waiting over 3 hours for us because there was a delay at security in the airport due to being short-staffed. He drove us to the super-market nearby, Continente, to buy groceries and gave us local recommendations one of which was Magina’s which was about a 10 mins walk from the Airbnb. We tried it and we quite liked it, mixed opinions on certain items, the steak burger was good. The Airbnb was clean, tidy and just as described with condiments. Each room had its own air-con, a plus for the bathrooms given how clean they were. Will highly recommend this Airbnb!

We've been very happy in Estefania's house. The apartment is in a perfect location for a family. no parties and no noises nightime. It's very close to the river area, full of good fish restaurants, and to the city center. It took us 15 minutes with the baby to reach it, and it's also possible to get the metro. Adelino, who was our contact there, gave us a lot of useful info. He was also very reactive, and when we had a problem he always replied immediately and did everything in his power to help us. I would definitely recommend the apartment to other guests!

What a lovely stay! We immediately had to take our own photos to show the family. The property is very well presented, and we were provided with fresh fruit and eggs on arrival. We also had access to the private garden (more like a forest), which led down to the river. An unexpected surprise! We recommend to anyone looking at this listing!

Clara was an excellent hostess who greeted us with fig cake and port wine. She offered bottles of wine (nominal charge because good wine is inexpensive in Porto, Portugal) available for purchase. She offered a tour of the accommodations, providing instructions where necessary, but kept it to a minimum. We booked an airbnb experience Douro Valley tour through Clara .... it was wonderful and highly recommended. Keep-in-mind, of the three airbnb's we stayed-in through-out Portugal only one had dryer. Washing machine at Clara's was downstairs, outside but in a shed area, and she had a line drying feature. The ensuite is a bit tight, but nothing that can not be lived with with for a brief stay and all the decor is charming.

Very nice accommodation with all the amenities. It's exactly as we see in the ad. The hosts, very kind, we were able to leave our luggage in advance, as we were traveling to another city. The bed... super comfortable!!!!! The area is very quiet and 10 minutes from areas of the Douro and wineries. We will definitely repeat this accommodation, thanks Luis and Ana!!!!!

We (myself, my husband and 2 children 13 + 11) stayed at Dulce’s apartment for 2 nights in Porto. The location was excellent and we were able to walk almost everywhere. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Dulce was very responsive and friendly and more than helpful with any of our requests. We loved Porto and plan to visit again in the future. I would definitely stay here again. Note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a steep windy stairs. It was fine for us but may not suit anyone with mobility issues. Thank you Dulce for being a great host!

The place was beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful. Just as pictured and we loved the quiet neighborhood. Quick to Uber/Bolt into the city center and a beautiful walk to the river. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend. One thing to note is there is an online check-in process beforehand and upon initial arrival you need to call to be let into the building. From then on though you have your own key to come and go as you please.

Very nice place with perfect location in Gaia . Beautiful apartment with ocean view , kind host , nice people everywhere . The seafood around the river was extremely tasty .

Had a great stay! The unit was new, clean, and very comfortable, with fresh linens and perfect air conditioning—which was much appreciated in the hot weather. We really enjoyed the pool and pool deck, and the city views were a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again!

View was unbelievable especially evening. Location was perfect for us since we had a car and we were able to have a nice quiet evening. If no car not as convenient since everything is a bit far. For us price was worth it. Enough rooms, bathrooms and beds. The lady who met us during check in was very helpful and responsive. I feel she made the experience a lot more easier for the whole stay

Ricardo gave us a warm and nice welcome and provided us with a good list of sites and activities to discover Porto and the surrounding area. Check in and out were supereasy. The apartment is very tidy and well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The view on Porto and the Douro is just awesome. Since we used public transport, it was easy to go around by local bus 901 and 906 and metro. From the airport the bus stop nearest to the apartment is Dr. Antonio Granja. At the moment there are huge construction sites both at Gaia and Porto which cause traffic inconveniences. Despite a little dog barking quite often and longtime, the apartment is located in a quiet surrounding and a 10 minute footwalk from the riverside where you find the famous port wine cellars. We very much enjoyed our time at Porto and had a great vacation.

The property was very spacious and every bedroom had a private bathroom. The views from the property were amazing!! I enjoyed having breakfast on the patio with an amazing ocean feet away.

Antonio’s apartment is in a fantastic location, just up from the waterfront. It is in the heart of everything yet very peaceful and quiet at night. We loved leaning out the window to watch the street below. It’s an easy walk from the apartment to the historical centre across the bridge and there is also the option of a water taxi. The apartment had a very well equipped kitchen, was spacious and very comfortable. We would love to stay here again.

What a view, great hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Public transport is fab, with great local shops. We would go past all the folk on Jardin de Morro waiting for the sunset and go up to our own private view. Great week, great place.

The apartment is a delight from the moment you walk in. It is beautifully decorated and feels like a home. Great bathroom with amazing rain shower and hot water. Bedroom and kitchen and living areas are all well presented and equipped with all you need and with lots of additional touches. Very quiet for sleeping, and great air conditioning in bedroom and living area. Great location to explore Porto, and don’t even have to walk very far at all, including a great cafe next door, to find lovely eating places. Pedro was a wonderful host in every way.

Nuno’s Porto studio was great! The location is perfect as it has various great restaurants and cafes right on the same street and you can walk to anywhere in the city within 10-15 min. The place was a modern studio that was very clean and had cool views. Nuno was very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again!

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

The apartment is currently being renovated and we have been given the one downstairs, which is similar but with a large terrace. The apartment is still new, comfortable and very clean. From 22 to 29 May, with my wife and son, we stayed in this apartment equipped with every comfort, all the appliances in the kitchen and bathroom are new. All linen, bed and bath, was available and perfect. Comfortable and large double bed In addition, the house has perfect and fast Wi-Fi and two new air conditioners The accommodation is located near Campanha, in a quiet area and the condominium is very quiet. David was kind and helpful by answering our questions immediately A stay to be repeated for sure... Highly recommended. Thank you for everything First time on Airbnb and everything was fantastic...I found David!!!

Daniel is extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and very quick responses. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend any of Daniel's private tours which are much more personal. if we return to Porto we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice accommodation, very clean and modern furnishings. In addition, it is very centrally located, you are in about 20 minutes in the city center of Porto and in a few minutes walk you can reach cafés, restaurants, etc. Communication with Nuno went smoothly, Nuno is a great host! We will be happy to come back!
